    Hi @rocketfan, I've applied the most recent updates from the older thread that was supposed to get both Sega CD games and TG-16 CD games to work. Sega CD works when capitalizing the extension like you said, but TG-16 CD games seem to have stopped working? Maybe I did something wrong and there's a file I should replace?
