My Atari jaguar has a static sound over all audio. It only happens when sound is produced, is there anything wrong with this board? It’s through RF, but the guy I got it from said he tried it on RF and composite.

I will be getting my new Jaguar soon! First time owning an Atari Console! However, the guy mentioned that there is a static noise over the game audio. What would be the cause of this? He stated that the caps have been replaced and that the jaguar has no other issues, just the static noise. Thanks!
