Lol! I don't know which is worse! I cannot stand the smell of cigarettes, especially when baked onto gaming items. At the same time, the stench of rotting garbage isn't all that appealing either.

They're the smaller ones that came packed with the black box games. There was a much larger variant that came with the Deluxe Set, but I'm not selling that one. These measure out to approximately 16 inches (height) x 12 inches (width)

I just noticed the seller upped his price, so I guess he did some research and is shooting for the ultra high end, lol. I sent him a follow up message to confirm the serial #, but no update thus far. I only paid $75 for my EP unit a few weeks ago, but that was just looking at the right place and right time. EDIT: So I just got a response. Here's the serial: AT8423354 So it's an early unit, but I'm not sure if it's an EP. Probably not worth the asking price, unless this is some kind of sub variant that I'm not aware of.

Seems like it's all about the MiSTer and FPGA and all that other emulation shite now. I have original hardware which I use for my gaming needs. Not interested in recreations.

Agreed with you man. These increased shipping charges and hassles with getting stuff boxed and sent have made me think twice about selling (and acquiring) items as of late. I'm at a point where I feel its better to simply throw out and dispose of excess equipment than go through the BS of selling it. Clean out the clutter without inconveniencing yourself.

The arcade version feels stiff and tough to control in comparison to the NES version. I'm talking about the real arcade version, not emulated on MAME or anything like that. The NES version is more fluid and easier to control and pull off jump kicks and whatnot. Additionally, the Atari 7800 version carries over the stiff controls from the arcade version and is thus less fun to me.

I'm not certain, but this *could* be an El Paso or very early 7800 variant. I'm basing my assessment due to the fact that the rainbow stripe color is the early one with the red, orange, yellow striping. I think I'm also seeing a 1984 version of Pole Position II, so perhaps it's part of the set.
