1. Thanks, but I was hoping to get one a bit cheaper than that... I appreciate B&C for being there, but their hardware prices are inflated at best... Thanks anyway.
2. Been looking for one on EBay and can't find it... anyone got a spare they're willing to let go? Let me know... =)
3. I need help identifying the double stacked modification on the 2nd chip from the right in the attached photo. I believe it to be a US Doubler, but I'm not 100% sure. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!
4. a sale is pending, I'll let you know if it doesn't go through! 1003104 Please do! Thanks!
5. I'd be interested in the Sydicate cart... how much? Shipping would be to Kansas, 66048.
6. Let me clarify... if feedback is over 1k, I will usually look at it... The ones that worry me are the ones that have like 15-20 feedbacks a day or more. The ones that obviously aren't commercial ventures and have good feedback will most likely get a bid from me if I'm interested. 10k+ feedbacks with a bunch of negatives... no friggin way...
7. While I agree with most that the influx of bad sellers on Ebay has gotten worse over the past couple of years, I have to say that there are just as many, if not more, good sellers. My feeling is this... When someone has a 2 line description of their item, with maybe a photo, and then 2 freakin pages of disclaimers, that's usually a red-flag there. Also, I don't buy (at least I try not to) from people with 1000+ feedback since they are USUALLY power-sellers who do EBay for a living. I don't like dealing with them because their customer service is crap. I prefer doing business as EBay was intended... on a personal level.
8. If you're in the low-middle class finance bracket, then you don't need to be buying an Xbox 360... Not saying anything bad, but it's a matter of priorities. I don't own one simply because I don't have the means to 1. buy a good high-def tv to run it on, and 2. Don't have the money for the games. Heck... I just got a PS2 for the first time about 4 months ago. I do good to keep my PC in semi-good condition.
9. My guess is, his wife found out about it and told him to sell. Or yeah, he could just be strapped for cash.
10. Are you sure that you know what you are talking about? My feedback is not private. Why are you calling me names and talking crap about me? I honestly cannot believe that YOU are truly this stupid ! 992609 Wow... almost 90 days to respond... You're on it man... and I mean on it... What is "it" you might ask??? Hrm... drugs??? probably... Anyway... It is nice to see you've made your feedback public again... Now people can once again see what a thief you really are... It just amazes me that there are so many "liars" out there who post negative feedback against you... My God, you must be a saint. Just a few responses to negative feedback left on you: "Payment was mailed in plain envelope, no letter, could not read return address" "Payment was mailed in plain envelope. Could not read writing. Shipment delayed " "I could not read the return address on the envelope, so shipping was delayed." And many other feedbacks calling you a thief and a fraud (all of which are lying of course). Anyway... One of these days you'll have to face the consequences and I would just love to be there when it happens. Have a nice life idiot.
11. From the description of the adapter: The adapters most widely available on the market today are only capable of high-res since most monitors cannot sync down to the 15KHz needed to run medium/low rez. I do have a schematic somewhere of an adapter you can use to run med/low, but you DO have to have a monitor that can support it. (NEC Multisync II is one).
12. What he's doing is selling non-existant stock... I've met people in the real world who do this. They sell to get orders, then fill those orders by buying cheaper from other ebay'ers or wholesalers. When they can't turn around the stock quick enough, they send "out of stock" notices. That's why I never buy from those big sellers with tons of items in stock or who have like 100 different auctions for the exact same thing. They're retailers who are using ebay as a method of selling. I prefer to buy from individuals.
13. Former Atari employee. I have pics of the innards on the 8-bit forums. Custom floppy drive daughterboard as well. Might be the only functional 1050 drive in a 1450xld. As far as the will, sorry it's going to either a museum or my kids. 947037 Umm... Are you currently adopting 36 year olds??? =)
14. OMG!!!!! Where did you get the 1450XLD??!?!?!? When you die, any chance of leaving that to me???!?!?
15. I gotta know... is this the Supra Hard drive you stole from Billhutch??? The one that you claimed did not work and rather than send it back to it's rightful owner, you claim you threw in the trash??? The same one you never paid him a single penny for??? The very same one that got you banned the first time from Atari-Forum???
16. Hey RetroThief... You just want him to buy your non-existant crap so you can rip him off like you have so many other people in the past. The main reason you've made your feedback private on Ebay is simply because you couldn't come up with different rebuttals for all the negative's you've gotten. I honestly cannot believe you are truly this stupid...
