If you have any Gamestop e-Gift cards, when you check the balance the number comes up as invalid. The physical gift cards are okay. I discovered the problem when I tried to place an order online this past Saturday. Called customer service - was told it would be fixed later that day. Still not working.

  Called customer again. Was transferred to Josh who could verify the value on the e-gift cards and issue me a new one for the total. He explained it was some technical issue impacting all e-gift cards and some physical cards causing the card numbers to be frozen. Just got the email with the new e-gift card and confirmed the amount. For now, all is right in the world.
