Does anyone have a list of Playstation One games that use the steering wheel controller?
Thanks.

Last Saturday a picked up a Pelican Universal Dance mat for $1 at a charity garage sale. It's the kind that can be used on the GC, PS2, and Xbox. They had two of them for $1 each. I should have taken both of them.
This past Saturday our last garage sale stop was the best. A lady had a box consisting of a Playstation One origianl system with A/C adapter and A/V cable (no controllers), a Playstation Performance V3 FX Racing Wheel 2, and five PSone games - Grand Theft Auto 2 (complete), Soul Reaver Legacy of Kain (complete), Resident Evil 3 Nemesis (complete), Dino Crisis (missing instructions), and Medal of Honor (CD only). She wanted $5 for everything. Since I have a Playstation One, Soul Reaver, and Medal of Honor, I offered her $2 for Resident Evil 3 and Dino Crisis. She agreed then sweetened the deal as I was getting my money. She said I could take the entire box for the $2. The lady knows how to bargain.
Everything works. The Playstation system and steering wheel needed a lot of cleaning. I'll be keeping the steering wheel and the Resident Evil 3 and Dino Crisis games. Everything else I will attempt to trade at Disc Replay or Play-N-Trade.

Can anyone out there scan the DVD case cover of this game for me? I bought the game used and it's the only one for my Gamecube collection without the DVD case cover. I have searched the internet but have only found either the front or back covers, the side spine is never included. I posted this request on The Cover Project website sometime ago, but never received any response. I'm hoping someone on AtariAge can lend me a hand.
Thanks.

The stick operates more like a mechanical mouse than the more commonly-encountered dual-pot. You might have gotten lube where it shouldn't, like the little holes in the wheel, the LEDs, or photodiodes. See http://codebook.potchgult.com/stickrepair/stickfix.htm for a walkthrough on correctly cleaning the stick.
I used that walkthrough when I cleaned the analog stick. I also switched the complete analog with another controller that I know that worked. The previously "non-working" stick worked in the other controller. The analog stick from the working controller did not work in the controller with the problem analog stick. I guess the problem is with the photodiode. Is there any way to fix this?
Thanks.

My problem with the analog stick is that it works fine for left and right movement but there's no response to up and down movements. (I may have that reversed but you get the idea.) I have tried cleaning and lubricating the stick but still have that problem.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the information. I'm thinking of buying a 32X system from Collectors Cards & Games. They have them in stock for $25 (includes the system, ac adaptor, & cable - no plates). I just wanted to make sure I didn't need them before deciding to make the purchase.
-
Are the electromagnetic shield plates really needed to connect a 32X to a Genesis One system? I know you need the special cable for hook up to a Genesis one but wanted to know about the plates.
Thanks.

On Thursday, I picked up the following Playstation One games for $1 each at a local garage sale:
Castlevania Symphony of the Night
Heart of Darkness
Medievil
Silent Hill
Warpath - Jurassic Park
All are complete except for Castlvania which is missing the back cover artwork.
How did I do on my $5 investment?

It was May '92,as I remember it.That issue also came with the Grey Matters catalog insert with a nice upcoming and current game spread,a nice little thumb through and Lynx read! You might be thinking the May 1992 issue of EGM. I have the May 1992 issue of GamePro and the only Lynx reviews were Toki & Rampart.
You're right, sorry. Was it June or July?
I found it. It was reviewed in the October 1992 issue of GamePro.

Does anyone know in what issue GamePro reviewed Batman Returns for the Lynx?

Is there any (easy) way to convert Action Replay Codes for the Sega Game Gear to Game Genie Codes?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Per my orginal post, I have gone to www.gamegenie.com and they don't have a level select code for the Game Gear versions of Captain America & the Avengers and the Incredible Hulk. That's why I posted the question here to see if anyone had a level select code or knew an easy way to make one.
Here's another question: can I request codes at gamegenie.com?
Thanks.

I'm hoping someone here can help me with some Game Genie codes for the following Sega Game Gear Games:
Captain America and The Avengers
The Incredible Hulk
The type of Game Genie code I want for these games is a level select code. I have done searching on the gamegenie.com, gamefaq.com, and gamewinners.com sites but they don't have any codes for these games.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a Merry Christmas.

I have had this games since it was released and can't complete any of the missions. Compared to Iron Soldier I, this game is a nightmare.
Can anyone help me out with some strategies like what order should I tackle the missions? Is there a walk through available for this game?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

A newsletter I use to get called APE (Atari Power Entertainment by Clinton Smith) mentioned that Anco was going to release Kickoff 3 for the Jaguar. Does anybody know what happened to this game? Are there any screen shots or video of it? Not that we need another soccer game for the Jaguar but some closure would be nice.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Pounce
in Atari Lynx
Are you an old time, hardcore,Lynx loving fool like me?If so,you might be a candidate for this Alpha Demo of a Lynx game.If you want to play awhile, get Road Riot 4WD or Alien vs Predator or Battle Wheels.Want to add a proto to your collection?Get Pounce.Just don't expect a DEEP title to arrive when you order this! That's Battlezone 2000 or Todd's Advs. In Slimeworld or Battle Wheels and etc.Just telling you REALLY DAMNED STRAIGHT.Thanks for the information.
I am an old time Lynx fan and I have Alien vs Predator, Road Riot 4WD, Daemonsgate, and Marlboro Go, just to name a few.
Pounce was always a title that had me curious. Based on your description, I'm guessing it's probably close to Marlboro Go - playable but not deep.
Thanks again.

Pounce
in Atari Lynx
Is Pounce worth getting for $49.95 from Video 61?
How complete is it - i.e. how many levels can you play?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone is interested, you can find the DiscJuggler image at dcisozone.com.
You have to subscribe to download but there is a free subscription option available.

Can any one direct me to where I can find the bootable Disc Juggler image for the Dreamcast game Propeller Arena?
I have searched the web but the sites I found came up with warnings that they were harmful.
I found a post here under the Modern Gaming Forum from 2004 that had a link but it no longer is working.
Thanks in advance to any one who can help.

I went to cdcovers.cc and searched the site before posting the request here. All cdcovers.cc has is the cd label for Gamecube Batman Dark Tomorrow. Thanks for replying to my post. I appreciate it.
