  3. I wasent gonna trah anything till you poped un Gunstar.I'll just ignore you.But anyway, we all know that Atari was one of the coolest systems in the 80's.o1 or o2 is nothing.Nintendo, Atari, Sega, Cleco rules then.
  4. I've only found one.Oklets take out the trader thing for a sec. What is the best place to find them in the wild?
  5. I think that if I had the letter and all, I would keep em.
  6. Well look at that, now he's going patriodic.Japan makes some of the gretest games created. Most of the characters from XBox adventure games resemble Anime characters.Sure the games have good plots and that. But nothing can beat Japan. Gamecube has some really good titles worth looking at.Pikmin for example, it's a very simple but effective game. You venture around a planit trying to find your ships parts, the Pikmin help you fight and move stuff around. It's pretty cool haveing alittle army following you around. XBox in my opinion, has no good stratigy games.GameCube has no known plans at the moment for a Pokemon game.GBA has one in developement though. Now stop using AMERICA as your defence. This is not the world trade center thing you know.
  7. I'll just go to a thrift, or order one from AtariAge.There not very hard to get.
  8. It works perefectly for me.You should try and refresh it. www.thegametrader.com
  9. Actually dude, if somone offerd me one for two bucks I wouldent take it. Let me make somthing clear, Xbox does have more power hardware than GC does. But the prez of Nintendo said and quote... quote In other words, wile your sitting there playing the XBox.Microsoft is just trying to see how far they can go with it.Nintendo just wants to make some good games. I don't want to bash the XBox anymore since ity ends in the bashing of the GameCube. But I think you bought the wrong toy.I play my GameCube (somtimes till 3:00 AM)and love it.I play the XBox somtimes at Sears but I don't like tomany of the games.Halo and that snow bording game. As for sails, we really can't trust anyones opinion. And I did here that they only sold 100.000 units in Japan.Thats really not good sails.

  17. Here's the original news posts from NintendoVillage . Tuesday, Mar 12, 2002 Nintendo, Square Stock Up [snoop - Nintendo Village] [Comments - 2] Both Nintendo and Square's stock has risen quite a bit. I'm sure you all know why right now. Here's the news from Yahoo: **SQUARE EXTENDS JUMP ON MENDED TIES WITH NINTENDO** Square Co Ltd up 12.33 percent or 280 yen at 2,550, adding to the previous session's 15.4 percent surge which came on weekend news it and industry counterpart Nintendo Co Ltd would resume business ties through Square's hit ``Final Fantasy'' games after a six-year hiatus. Nintendo's shares were up 1.59 percent at 21,080 yen, extending Monday's 5.6 percent climb. In response to the latest news, Commerz Securities on Monday raised its ratings on Square and Nintendo to ``buy'', citing expectations the resumption of ties will improve earnings at both firms from the business year starting in April. Saturday, Mar 9, 2002 Ladies and Gentlemen, It's a Cold Day in Hell [snoop - Nintendo Village] [Comments - 24] SQUARE AND NINENDO BACK TOGETHER. Lets leave it at that, and let the press release explain the rest! LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Japan's Square Co. Ltd. , after a six-year absence, will return the legendary "Final Fantasy" video game series to Nintendo (news - web sites) Co. Ltd.'s consoles, Nintendo said on Friday. Confirming earlier reports in Japan, a Nintendo of America spokeswoman told Reuters that Square will set up a subsidiary to develop new versions of the series for Nintendo's GameCube console and Game Boy Advance handheld unit. The development will be backed by Fund Q, a video game development fund started in January by Hiroshi Yamauchi, the long-time president of Nintendo. Nintendo expects "Final Fantasy" titles for its consoles to be released by the end of the year, the spokeswoman said. Jeetil Patel, an analyst at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown who follows the game industry, said having "Final Fantasy" would probably help GameCube sales more in Japan than in the United States. "At the margin it probably helps modestly," he said. "Final Fantasy X," released last year for Sony Corp (news - web sites).'s PlayStation 2 (news - web sites), was one of the 20 best-selling video games in the United States in 2001, according to NPDFunworld, even though it was released in early December. Even before "Final Fantasy X," the Final Fantasy series had sold 30 million copies worldwide since its inception. Square had long developed "Final Fantasy" titles for Nintendo, going back to Nintendo's original Super Famicom and NES in the early 1980s, but in 1996 Square abandoned Nintendo to develop games for Sony's PlayStation platform. At that time, some Japanese analysts said the defection of Square and other local publishers was a primary factor in PlayStation surpassing Nintendo's N64 console, which was more advanced than the PlayStation but also harder to develop for. "Final Fantasy XI," the next title in the series, is expected to take advantage of the online multi-player features of the PS2 Sony unveiled on Thursday, and the Nintendo deal is not expected to stop further PS2 production. A spokeswoman for Electronic Arts Inc. , which co-published the game in the United States with Square under a joint venture, was not immediately available for comment on the Nintendo deal. Sony in October invested $116 million in Square, making it the company's second-largest shareholder. The infusion came after Square posted its worst-ever loss, caused by the production of a movie version of "Final Fantasy" that was a major commercial flop. Nintendo's $199 GameCube was launched in the U.S. in November of last year. It competes with both the $299 PS2, which debuted in November 2000, and Microsoft Corp.'s Xbox (news - web sites), which was released three days before GameCube. The $79 Game Boy Advance, a handheld system with as much power under the hood as Nintendo's early 1990s SNES console, dominates the handheld market globally, with almost no competition.
  18. I almost forgot to post this. It has been released that the company Square Soft after a six year absence to Nintendo has decided to comeback. If you don't know, Square made legendary RPG games sutch as Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy, and more. With this Nintendo is expected to make a major comeback. And yes, it has been confirmed that there will be Final Fantasy games for Gamecube.
