isn't the VC content determined by the console and not the username/password? unless that has changed, what will happen to all the VC stuff people bought on the Wii? this was reason #1 why I refused to purchase anything on the Wii.

Thanks! Thanks! Congrats on the 400th game! Milestones are awesome!

Sometimes I feel the need to downgrade. I know it sounds weird but I have tons of games I've never played...I mean, I play test everything but a lot I haven't really sat down and PLAYED.

IMO, Capcom should have made RE4 a new IP and went from there, I mean, everything besides the characters and a few umbrella logo's, it had almost nothing to do with RE. they ruined Mega Man as well.

Last time I went through and cataloged them, I was close to 3000 games. Ya, My basement is split into 2 rooms, the larger is everything you see above and the other is the computer and storage... Currently, I don't collect boxes for 2600 games. I don't think I have the room for any anyways lol

what does yahoo know any ways? I've never trusted any news from yahoo. I think Nintendo might drop the ball on this one. the "Casual" gamers they have brought in don't seem to know what the Wii U is or understand the change, and many hardcore gamers were let down by the Wii's not so stellar library of games shovelware. Biggest reason I stopped playing Wii was waiting 6 months for a decent game to come out and sifting though bins of cooking mama and horrible mini game crap that IMO are not fun or cool. I'm not sure if Nintendo realizes it, but 90% of Wii owners I know haven't touched their's in about a year. The novelty is over and it's now called a gimmick. Of course hardcore Nintendo fan's will lap it up early, but I think things will taper off severely after the holidays. Nintendo will most likely try to create a false sense of unavailability like they did with the Wii. Even calling the new system the Wii U says that Nintendo intends to ride the coattail of the Wii brand. Of course this is all guessing on my part. I almost hope this falls on Nintendo's face so they stop letting 3rd party developers make their turd games. I know I won't be lined up for this giant DS.

yard sales and thrift shops have really dried up over the years. I miss those days of finding awesome stuff for cheap.

any update on this? -
I'm not a fan either. occasionally I'll look at a graded game just to laugh at the ridiculous asking prices for them. I also don't like sealed games. I have over 3000 games from various systems and not one is sealed. I want to play my games and sealed games are un-enjoyable IMO.

I'm not a huge fan of limited releases, especially when it's super low numbers like 10.. I want to play the games and don't use stella that much. I do enjoy collecting the ones I missed over the years, but some are nearly impossible to find. I still find it weird that some games don't sell for months and others are gone in hours. you still didn't sell out of Vong?

there's the Stelladapter. I don't know if it's compatible with windows 7 though. and it's not so easy to find. nevermind, looks like it does work in Win764 http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/162947-stelladaptor-work-with-windows-7-64-bit/

I cringe when I hear Dubstep. Maybe it's because I'm getting older and am now in "the older crowd" when going to a club, or maybe it's because it often annoyingly launches from something nice to ear crushing noise. I used to love the "dance" scene. it was great when everyone got along and respected one another. My experience in attempting to like this music is that the crowds tend to be a bunch of college/university kids who get too drunk and think there's a mosh pit instead of a dance floor. I've seen people get badly hurt, fighting, guys doing undignified things to girls, etc etc. I went to clubs for almost 10 years and often seen drunken fools but not anywhere near the crap from the dubstep scene. Maybe things are different elsewhere, but that's my experience. that being said, Dubstep on C64.....more tolerable than the real thing!

I can see Montreal, Quebec in the writing, I would assume Canadian version as well.
