  1. Thanks for all the helpful responses! I aquired the start of my collection from an attic (see picture). Somone obviously cherished my 2600 VCS at some point. Unfortunately moisture ruined the dozens of game manuals contained within the box All I'm left with is a tattered (though complete & readable) original Owner's Manual, and a few game manuals which are mostly glued shut (Riddle of the Sphinx, Asteroids, Star Voyager, Surround, Combat, Strawberry Shortcase, and Crash Dive). The rest was unsalvagable, but it's enough of a start to make me want to complete the set Hopefully you'll see me around here as I learn and locate more titles.
  2. I'm just starting my 2600 collection (40 games or so to start... some 5's!) and was checking everything I have in the database. I noticed that my silver copy of Kangaroo has a date of 1987, not 1983 as the database lists. If it's a stupid question, sorry, but... are re-releases/later dates not included in the database? Other than the date, it's a standard good condition silver Atari label. Thanks in advance!
