[What is needed to program for the Jaguar]

I would very much appreciate a list of hardware/software required to program for the Jaguar. I would be interested also in links to information, I have found some information, but even more dead links.It is like reading a book that is missing chapters I appreciate any information you can provide!

I am in the USA, so I would really prefer NTSC Starting from scratch is a bit of a bummer, but this way I know wha games "NOT" to buy I loved Iron Soldier and I would really like the CD attachment for the Jag so I can play the 2nd one. I never got the chance to the first time around!

I once had both the Atari Jaguar and the Lynx handheldmany years ago. Sadly they were stolen when my home was burglarized and were never recovered. I am interested in purchasing these again and would like and appreciate any info on places to purchase them. I have looked at Ebay and I would purchase from Ebay, however I would feel more comfortable obtaining them elsewhere. If you have any places in mind, please let me know!
