  1. Home brews aren't the only area where this has happened. Back in 1997 I prepaid for a Magus II board from Intellivision Productions Inc., and they were never able to produce them. Didn't get a refund from them until 1999. So companies do it also. Here is a copy of the refund check:
  2. and are those wires running under the bottom of the CV case? What are they for, hopefully not 110V,
  3. so what is the difference between the limited edition stardom for CV and the adam release, besides that it's probably not a limited edition? Is it on tape or disk?
  4. and $1 cheaper on ebay: http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?ff3=4&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2FFor-Nintendo-Game-Boy-advance-GBA-Full-Shell-case-facia-Housing-Butt-ons-Screws-%2F271189704187%3Fpt%3DUS_Video_Gaming_Replacement_Parts_Tools%26hash%3Ditem3f242a7dfb
  5. NP, all kinds of multicarts for retro systems, some that you put your roms on, others you get what it comes with. see this thread: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/127752-flashcart-and-multicart-list-all-systems/
  6. $130 copy you roms on to sd card, stick in cart, put cart in cv, game plays on real cv: http://atarimax.com/colecosd/documentation/index.html

  8. could you do something with a non-modified JS, micro controller like an arduino, and different cables for different systems? You could even use an analog joystick this way so that the intellivision and vectrex might get more directions sent to it. GB you beet me to it!
  9. I've done the video mod myself with a breadboard, btw it also works with the creativision. This week I should be getting 9 pcb that are just under 1" square. First attempt at creating a PCB. If it works I would be willing to share the eagle file so anyone can have there own pcb created, their pretty cheap. The components for the board are pretty cheap also, maybe a few bucks? After I get the boards I will share pics.
  10. But I thought it usually says coleco (Company), not Colecovision (a system created by Coleco, but not a company) on the INTV boxes. Looks like the CBS colecovision cart boxes:
  11. why does it say colecovision on the DK?
  12. Bob, Just wondering, do you use any compression for game data(graphics, sounds, voice, etc)? I think for CV games they use compression, I was just wondering if for 7800 dev it's used.
  13. Daniel, Disregard my previous post. I found that I did place an order and paid for 2 black carts. Not sure why I couldn't find any trace yesterday when I looked. charles evg2000
  14. Daniel, I tried to send you a PM, but it wouldn't go through. It seems like I may have forgotten to express interesting in receiving a copy of this game. If this is true, can I please be added to the list to get a copy? thanks, charles evg2000
  15. 2006. The company that bought the coleco name put out a bunch of trash with the coleco name on it. Just trying to use the coleco name to make a buck.
  16. for the intv1, couldn't someone just get a compatible connector that would plug into the internal port for the into, and have a cable connected with a db9 port. Seems like anyone who can work a screwdriver could install this mod. Possible even make the connector be a pass through so you unplug the existing controller, plug it into a connector on the mod, plug the mod into the connector on the pcb, run a cable out the back of the into. Do the same for the other controller. You wouldn't have power, but if that was necessary you could have another connector go to PS to get power. Just a thought
  17. Merry Christmas, Thanks for the ROMS, and I've replied to your email. I'm in for all of them!
  18. Bob, Thanks for creating this I remember playing this at Chucky Cheese way back when. Also, thanks for the link about the bonuses.
