I only have one copy of each of Solar Storm & Quickstep.
@MMF - I see that you don't have Subterranea. If you have no objections to PAL carts, I should be able to secure a copy of this for you, gratis. I can give it to you at PC4 if you're going.

Imagic certainly had the best packaging, those mirror-effect boxes (Oooh! Shiney!!!) with the (typically) bizarre artwork were really eye-catching.
Best Imagic games have to be Quickstep & Solar Storm

Thanks Eckhard! Time to go shopping methinks!!

-
This year's box & artwork will be much more polished

If only!!!!!

Worst haircut has got to be David Crane - nothin' beats that 'basin haricut'
Best beardy type, Steve Cartwright.

-
Frostbite
Video Checkers or Checkers (either would do)
Solar Fox
If I was lucky & could have a 4th., I'd add Pengo.

-
@Eckhard - Do you konw if it's a general release throughout Europe?
Still haven't seen any in the UK yet

Hopefully, I will give my trans-Atlantic review of PC4 to AI soon too.

There is a Lynx convention being discussed, probably held in either Birmingham or London.
I host one quite often at home, typically with 'six bud'(ies) of mine

Just give me a couple of years or so

Appreciate the info Matty!
I don't suppose that anyone has a manual or some instructions for this?
-
Nice one Ben!
-
Thanks Thomas! I probably would've been chasing my tail on that one for days

-
Nothing so far, lots of links that simply acknowledge that the game exists. I'll post anything that I find.
-
Thanks guys!
I just did a bit of a search on it, found some mentions but no associated company or packaging. There were a few claims that it was an unreleased title.

I've been checking through some of the games I have on Stella & came across one labelled as 'Clown Down Town'. I couldn't find this in the AA 2600 section so I've no idea who the manufacturer etc. were.
Anyone heard of this one before.
Just curious

Notice the minus one (-1) rating!

Alien
in Atari 2600
Any other tips/strategies for me?Here's one for Kabbober, always try to take enemies in a vertical move, most of them tend to be quite vulnerable from this sort of attack.
-
I've got some PB catalogues that have alternative box art too, Amidar, Jedi Arena & Super Cobra all had the artwork altered upon release.
Apologies Al - I really will finish sending all those missing pages!

-
Does the PP2 use UV to write to chips? I was wondering if the UV source lamp might have failed.
-
I didn't know Robot Tank had an ending. I've only made it as far as the night stages.

I think all of the following games are fun to play and have some history attached to them:Adventure
Circus Atari
Warlords
Pitfall II
HERO
Beamrider - because it's my favorite atari game
Q*bert
Demon Attack
Best of all, none of these games should cost too much!
Excellent choices! I'd be tempted only to add a few more to this list:
Sky Jinks
Gyruss
Frostbite

Check out Maplins website. I had a look there some months ago & they were selling ROM burners. These came with software & instructions so should be fairly straightforward, should be!

Only 38 more days left before Philly. Looking forward to this feels like waiting for New Year with compulsory Atari/gaming
