If you wanted, you could create a new eBay identity.
eBay uses your name, email, address, credit card, and (recently) bank account to track you. I'm sure in extreme cases they could track ip addresses, but that is too much work.
I'm not sure how much this changes internationally Jah, but the formula I used was this:
I kept my same name since they can't ban every John Doe simply because one John Doe was banned...
I have an email account which allows multiple addresses, so that was easy. You can also use any of the internet based email addresses.
I created a new address by getting a "Mailboxes Etc" account (very similar to a Post Office Box, only privately owned).
Then I went to the bank and got a checking account with the new address.
Then I got a Visa Check Card through the bank.
Then I signed up with eBay using the new address, checking account, and credit card.
Then I became ID verified by answering all the questions asked of me except I used my new address.
Then I got over 100 feedback in 15 days by auctioning off "eBay marketing info" & "eBay wholesaler info" for $0.01 each in dutch auctions of 100 each. Immediately after the auction I emailed the info to the high bidders - they were pleased and left me positive feedback.
Two weeks later my "shades" came off my account and I was back in business.
I also created a new paypal account, but that isn't necessary.
Let me say that I have NEVER cheated anyone on eBay. I was banned because I told off one of their customer representatives. I had no idea that they could ban you without cause.
Anyway, I was awarded powerseller status again as soon as I hit my six month anniversary. My feedback is currently 100% positive and my old feedback was 99.8% positive (really).
(Yes, I created a new ID to post this.)
