What happens to a well-built, 1915 school when you decide not to do maintainence on it for over 20 years? What also happens to that same building when the roof and a restroom gets a leak and you decide to just 'research' for a solution for 12 of those 20 years? You end up with the deplorable condition my old high school is in.

  It's an old trick school districts in Ohio use to get new schools. Let the old school get in such bad shape, that there is no choice but to replace it in the end.

  here in the south they will ignore everything then when the place turns to a hell hole spend millions for a new building ... THEN repair the old one
