    Well, I made a final trip up to Toys R Us today. Wanted to get up there before any clearance crap started and was still basically business as usual. Um.. yes.. I did finally buy the big animated Twilight Sparkle toy and the batteries for her...

      It's funny. On the one hand I'm really sad to see Toys R Us fold but ... on the other hand I probably haven't entered a TRU store in a decade or more.

      Sad, it's like getting kicked in the groin. I remember my grandmother taking us there when I was a small kid in the 1970's and given a $20 bill to buy what I wanted.
