I'm pondering a new rule of never trying to buy any vintage computers in Canton, OH. Just got a bit jerked around on another one up there at a resale shop. If you are going to have things set up, tag them clearly instead of making people ask for the price, then balking on them after bringing up eBay on your phone!

  I think the law requires items to be priced clearly. So the dude busted out his smart phone to show you ebay prices? He should've already had it priced. Also, you can haggle if it's a mom and pop shop. Not that the owner will be receptive to it, but worth a shot if it's overpriced. Also maybe bundle up games and peripherals with it -- that can drive the cost down for you.

  It was a rented booth in larger store and the lady at the booth was just acting as a go-between while her boss was out. Still, if you have the booth open, get some price tags....
