    I am recovering from my first (And hopefully last!) kidney stone I've ever had. Doing better today, but I'm going to take tomorrow off from work again to get myself back in order.

      Ouch! I feel for you. I had my first (and only so far) last fall. It was terrible. They had to surgically remove it.
