5200 Gremlins is awesome. WAAY better than the 2600 version. Better graphics and gameplay. They are not the same game. I have the 5200 version and 2600 version.

I actually just got defender. I've heard bad about it also, but it wasn't all that bad, True Stargate is 100% better, but defender was still fun to play.

no mario until April? I was gonna preorder that one through best buy with my other 2 games. I could have sworn it was on the preorder list. I got Supermonkeyball Bananna Blitz and Metal Slug anthology instead. got my Monkey ball, but the Metal Slug is still on backorder they said. glad i didn't preorder Mario Galaxy then.

I actually wanted a copy of this badly at one time, but decided to wait on the 7800 version now that it's coming. Hope it is as good as this one.

7800 and NES a tie for me. Grew up with both together. Just wish someone would make a new Atari system that would be able to play 2600, 5200, and 7800 games all together.

You did not just say "tapes" did you? Well that's what my dad calls them. I'm so used to hearing it I guess. I refer to them as carts mostly, but i'll use the words TAPES on occasion. Us New orleans people here do come up with our own names or meanings of something in particular. That comment makes me do feel special that New Orleans people are different in their own unique way. Sounds interesting. Are you thinking about making them to sell? Count me in for a 7800 multicart if that happens. I would love to not have to switch tapes in and out all the time.
