  1. I would buy a new Atari system if they did release one. It would depend upon third party support and a list of some games that would be released. It would also have to be able to play 2600, 5200, and 7800 games. That would be cool.

  2. the 5200 had the best version of Pac-Man till Pac-Man plus made his masterpiece for the 7800. The 2600 is obviously the worse version of Pac-Man.

The 5200 I thought had the worse version of Ms. Pac-Man. I felt that the Ms. Pac-man stuttered and moved slow and sluggish. It wasn't enjoyable to play. I rathered the 2600 version over the 5200 one. The best version of Ms. Pac-Man goes to the 7800. But now I actually love the Fast Ms. Pac-man from Pac-manplus. Another wonderful Masterpiece.

Hopefully we'll see Super Pac-Man, Jr. Pac-Man, and Baby Pac-Man for the 7800 to make the family complete.

  3. Pac-Man. Anyone would rather have the far superior Ms. Pac-Man or Jr. Pac-Man in their collection. Vitamins in the center??? Who would put such a stupid item there. I think at least the correct fruits should have been done since the graphics were terrible.

  4. Almost every Froggo game was terrible. Was their even one that was half-way decent. The swordquest games also really sucked. Pac-Man's graphics weren't what they should have been, but is not even close to the worse game. I could still at least have fun with Pac-man despite the terrible graphics.

  6. Smurfs: Rescue In Gargamel's Castle (The best game ever made for any system past presant or future)

thank you! I'm here all week! Drive safely!

Anyone other than slappy white, stand up comic genius, wanna add their two cents?

I'm looking to increase my collection and wanna know what's worth hunting out and perhaps bidding on

BTW 'presant' is not a word

BTW Smurf's Rescue is a good game like it was told to you. If you really would like people's opinions and their help with suggesting games, being friendly is the way to go. I think we all have mistyped a word now and then. You wouldn't want someone to think you are scared of politeness. :D

Keep in mind this is a opinion post, NOT a Burger King drive thru. I'm sure with that in mind you may get more help, and people will be serious about helping you too.

    Have a great day. :)

    Jeff

  7. Here you go, here is my atari 2600 collection (over 600 games) and intellivision collection (near 200)

note: I'm missing a few french/bresilian cart on my intellivision list. I will try to update it tonight. Basicly I'm missing only 3 games to complete the collection: spiker, congo bongo and stadium

I will prefert to sell it as a lot.

I want to buy an other house so I need some $$$

    PM sent

  8. What would be the right thing diggs? Offering a full refund if he returned the items? Oh wait, I did that, and he agreed.

Besides offering him a refund for the merchandise, you also need to refund him the shipping back since it was your error. You said packaging fee????? Do you package in 14 karat gold? The amount extra you ripped Shawn off on, I just assumed there was something RICH about your packaging.lol You also need to pay him for the shipping it takes to send it back to you as well. You need to do the right thing and take care of your customers. :)

In my opinion, I think you are quite "Trifling"!! :x

Have a good day, and don't ever come visit or open a store in New Orleans.

  9. P.S. It always helps to allow someone to defend themselves before screaming for an entire page then saying "lock this thread quick before the seller can post!"

I also think you are quite "TRIFLING" for how you handled the situation in trying to resolve the matter. That is a very unfair way of correcting the situation. :x

Hope you do the right thing and resolve the matter before more of your customers that you do business with reads these posts. If I were you, I would remain A SILENT WOLF on here and post something positive when you correct the matter. I'm so glad your store isn't here in New Orleans too by the way.

    Have a good day.

    Jeff

  10. P.S. It always helps to allow someone to defend themselves before screaming for an entire page then saying "lock this thread quick before the seller can post!"

In my opinion, since your site has the description placed on there incorrectly, and he received the wrong item because of your error, you should refund him the full amount that he paid. Since it was your error, you should also refund him the shipping that he paid, and the shipping he had to pay to send it back to you I think. As for charging that kind of shipping and paying first class, I also think he got screwed on that. You only paid $1.10 and he paid $7.00 for shipping. Packaging???? What do you package in? 14 Karat GOLD!!!!!! You should have sent him the quicker shipping option that is offered. I could see maybe a little more for packaging, but that's ridiculous what you did to him. I know Shawn personally and he is the most honest person I know. He had every right to post what happened to him if you wouldn't do things to correct the problem. :x

Instead of making posts on here, you really need to do what you can to correct the problem. THE RIGHT WAY!!

Remember this too, the customer is always right. :)

In order to do good business you should try and satisy your customers when a problem like that happens. Bad business can mean losing customers you have now.

I'm sure if you correct things with Shawn, he will post that he was compensated for the mistake your site made.

    Have a great day,

    Jeff

  11. Is the Elevator Action a complete game? If it isn't, Is there a complete version out there now? Does this one have a box and instructions?

Does the Bugs Bunny and Bezerk Voice Come with Box and Instructions too?

Let me know the details when you can, but I am interested in those if they are complete games, and with box and instructions too.

    Jeff

Yes Elevator action is boxed with instructions. The game was never finished (I'd say it's about 75-80%) but is fully playable and alot fo fun.

I believe Bugs Bunny comes with box and instructions (it was an Atari2600.con release), and IIRC Berzerk Voice Enhanced has instructions but no box (I'll have to check).

    Tempest

I just got the reply part, but I did send you a personal message.

    Thanks, J.P.

  12. I've decided that I'm no longer going to collect Atari 2600 homebrews/prototype reproductions. So if you missed out any of convention only/limited releases, here's your chance to pick them up.

All games are complete with box and instructions (if they originally came with any):

    Alligator People

    Berzerk (Voice Enhanced)

    Bugs Bunny

    Combat II

    Elevator Action

    Eucher #61

    Frog Pond

    Pick Up

    Polo #69

QB #47 (Philly Classic 2 Edition)

    SCSIcide #24 (CGE 2K1 Edition)

    Secret Agent

    Snow White

Thrust Plus #25 (with foot pedal)

I'm looking for trades right now, but I'd entertain a cash offer if it was right. Some of the things I'm after are (but not limited to) Panzer Dragoon Saga (Saturn), Stack Up with parts (NES), Spiderman Web of Fire (32X), Famicom Disk System titles, boxed Sega CD games. I'm also after games for various classic systems, but there are too many to list. :)
