  1. Both of my Atari Computers, a 130XE and a 1040STE, have substantial yellowing of the cases but the keyboards are still mostly white. As long as they keep working though I'm content
  2. I have the 8-bit computer version on disk, it's basically the same game as the 5200 version excvept you get to use a much better controller.
  3. I remember picking off dozens of those talkative robots on Berzerk as a kid., and I loved the movie samples used on Atari's Star Wars vector game, the cabinet version. Another early game with speech is Crazy Climber
  4. Here's some pics of that scene, I have no idea what game that is though I wondered why this great movie neglected to mention that Steve Jobs worked at Atari or how he was involved in the popular Breakout game. But anyway, that is one of my fav movies!
  5. those pics are great! keep 'em coming (y)
  6. All those interviews on those 'Atari Anthology' games are actually the same ones included on the PC release Atari Arcade Hits 1 from Hasbro back in 1999, and again on the DC and PS1 game 'Atari Anniversary' a few years after most of the images are the same too
  7. I had/still have 3 of them, I think that's all they ever made.
  8. If you're into genuine classic video-gaming, this is worth the trip!
  9. Thanks so much, its really good to see more effort going into the 7800 system good choice of game too
  10. I never heard of 128K carts either
  11. Where's the Atari ST version, which even has the digitized voices. that would have been my pick
  12. I've visited AtariAge since 2001, maybe earlier but I'm not sure. I donated some scans that are still shown now. It was in fact several months later that I finally joined the forums to ask for help on how to fix a dead Lynx screen. Back then I spent considerable time sending scans of coin-op cabinets, many from Atari Games, to the KLOV site. Still I looked here often for updates on the consoles and computers especially considering the growing popularity in emulation. By the way, I have/had the complete collection of the original Atari Age magazine from the early 80's, does that count?
  13. I was impressed with the scrolling large mazes in Pac Man Jr., and there are so many different ones. really puts that original pac crap game to shame
  14. I believe Curt Vendel has a 1450... did you msg him yet?
  15. Joust 2 : Survival of the fittest Uniwars Blasteroids Pacmania
  16. I used to have several of the titles listed above, back when they were new releases, but no longer as I gave them to my brother in the mid 90s and he eventually sold them. Rampage, Ikari Warriors, Crossbow @ Alien Brigade w/ XE light gun, Commando, Double Dragon, Motor Psycho, Planet Smashers Oh well
  17. Here's a link to the page on the Atarimuseum.com website http://www.atarimuseum.com/videogames/dedi...mos/cosmos.html another Atari coulda-been
  18. It certainly doesn't belong in the 7800 forum, it's NES does a poor job of emulating the real 7800 Get the under-$20 Jakks stick instead!
  19. It takes getting used to, too bad there's no light gun control. worth a budget pricetag.
  20. I got two Kaboom units, different colors, that I am not going to open until I know which have higher rarity value. then I can open and play the common ones.
  21. I go retro with the Midway Arcade Treasures and the Anthology series every weekend. Of course I still vote Tempest 3000 Nuon as my favorite
  22. I assume it doesn't work on the SD2300 model
  23. -the Jakks joystick has the UFOs on its version of Asteroids, they appear only when you set the difficulty switch mode to hard I prefer the Jakks over Flashback too, get both the joystick and the paddle and skip on the Flashback.
  24. games from 'Action Hi-Tech' also have that label... interesting other than that I have nothing to offer here http://www.atariage.com/cart_page.html?Sof...areLabelID=2346 http://www.atariage.com/cart_page.html?Sof...areLabelID=2345
