I use Mega STE 4MBRAM with Unitor and Notator 3.21 and SM147 Monitor. Korg Triton Pro fully maxed out in RAM Emu Proteus 2000 Emu Mo'Phatt Kurzweil K2000R Roland VS1880 Alesis Masterlink ML9600 Behringer Power Play Pro PX2000 Behringer Ultra Patch Pro 48 inputs JLCooper MSB Plus 8x8 Alesis M1 Active 3.2GHZ PC 1GB RAM XP Pro SP2 w/Cubase SX, SoundForge and other apps Tips? Get at least one pro equipment. Preferably a workstation. Notator can handle it all. Only fiddled with Cubase. Dave

You only need a null modem cable [DB9F/DB9F] and an older PC running DOS on FAT16 or FAT32 I guess depending on GhostLink version. I use a Win98 Start Up Disk. No need for a new mouse or new monitor. Transfer isn't as fast as HD to HD but it works pretty good. That way you have reliable storage if your Atari crashes. Not sure if this is the info you need. Dave

Hotwire allows you to see all your applications in one window and you can launch them from there. It works in conjunction with MultiDesk. Been a while since I worked with MultiDesk. There is also a program that will allow you to sort the order in which your accessories and auto programs run prior to GEM Desktop. Critical for sorting through them and avoiding problems. If you list your auto folder programs I am sure I will spot it if you have it. It's worth enabling it if you do. Dave
