It'll be interesting to see how many PS4 developers go the route of Bionic Commando Rearmed 2, DC Universe Online, Final Fight: Double Impact, and Singstar. Looks like there is already at least one at launch: Ubisoft's racing game "The Crew" will require an online connection even in singleplayer mode.

It's possible those are the only roms which actually exist and "Fernando" lied about the rest. That would fit his scamtastic ways.

To me it looks the same as the first slim. http://www.ifixit.co...62/1?singlePage -
Microsoft releases new smaller XBox360

They just brought out a slimmer slim version so I'd guess it'll be supported for several more years. -
You'll still be able to watch DVDs and Blu-rays with it 30 years from now.

Has anybody seen this ultra rare PlayStation game before ?

Does it include a Space Invaders hack? -

Any Xbox 360 with a hard drive is "backwards compatible" with select Xbox Classic system games. There are two versions of this newest slim. One only has a 4GB flash drive and the other SKU has a 250GB hard drive. 360s which only have a flash drive are not backwards compatible. -

I just wonder how many "Smash My Xbox" videos there are going to be on Youtube in November. -
Will loyal xbox owners jump ship?

It would all depend on what the Microsoft bought and paid for mediator let you have. -
The Chronicles of Riddick games were definitely worth the price of admission.

Will the Xbox One become the next CD-i?

I think it'll flop about like the PS3. -

I doubt they'll be any more lazy than they are now because I'd be shocked if Microsoft will drop their policy of letting the first patch go out for free and then charging them for every subsequent patch. All the automatic update allows them to do is update your console while you're not using it. -
It looks like this is going to be part of this year's "Summer of Arcade" on XBLA and will be released sometime in August. That makes me wonder if the PSN version is getting delayed because Microsoft payed money.

I'll have to see a PS4 in person first before I consider getting one. My PS3 user experience was significantly worse than with my 360, mainly due to the menus and their terrible Playstation store layout and speed. They still need to have a trial version of every single game they sell online as well if they want to get up to Microsoft standards. Microsoft is dead to me until they remove the plans for daily DRM checks.

All of these companies have the mandatory no class action lawsuit clause now, including Sony.

They'll just get a PS4.

$500 just so I can rent games and be treated like a thief once a day. I'm pretty sure Yoda would say something like this about next gen consoles: "Rent or rent not, there is no buy".

I'm pretty sure he got banned for what he did in the Colecovision scene. http://atariage.com/forums/topic/187319-colecovision-auction-watch/page__st__1300

Just like their smart phones.

Yes, people deployed in the military will be able to play on their Xbox One. They'll be able to play Blu-ray and DVD movies!!!!!!!
-
I'm pretty sure I can already watch live TV and enjoy Blu-ray and DVD movies regardless of whether I have an Xbox One so basically your Xbox One becomes a boat anchor if it's not connected to the net every 24 hours. While my 360 is connected to the net 99.999999999999999999% of the time there are times I've taken it on vacation to places that have no internet connection. I'm tired of being treated like a pirate. Looks like the only next gen console I'll consider purchasing is a PS4.

I only use my Kinect for the voice control. There's a reason Microsoft started selling Kinect mini-games in the Xbox Live Arcade because that's all it's good for.

The last build in this thread doesn't have a menu, and as stated above it definitely plays really slow on real hardware. There are also some small collision detection issues with the ball and some of the permanent tiles. The game also starts me out at 48,000 points instead of 0. One or two of the power pills drop but do nothing if caught. I just assumed that meant John hadn't implemented those yet. It's a nice work in progress but not something I'd pay $25 for a cart at the moment. Hopefully John gets back to it eventually.
