  3. Thanks again for the info!
  4. Thanks Mitch and AtariDude for the tips. Should the power supply use exactly 9V (regulated power supply)? Or can I use any unregulated 9V power supply? Thanks in advance, Sergio http://member.newsguy.com/~charin/vgmuseum/
  5. Hi! I want to build or adapt a power supply for my Atari Lynx II. Please could someone tell me the necessary info (voltage, polarity) to build it? Thanks in advance. I know there are lots of power supplies for sale on eBay, but I live in Brazil and the shipping costs would be high, just to receive only a power supply. Thanks, Sergio http://member.newsguy.com/~charin/vgmuseum/

    hardest/easiest

Some easier games I can remember now: Adventure, Yars' Revenge, Chuck Norris, Bobby is Going Home... Sergio
  7. The labels of these 4-in-1 carts are really cool. Are they in PAL format?
  8. For fragile items I use styrofoam in all sides of the box, and fill the empty spaces with plastic bags. All sides of the box must be filled with something to protect the items, some sellers don't protect the bottom of the box. I use also bubble wrap when shipping stuff like videogame consoles or 8-bit computers, together with plastic bags. Sergio
  9. I frequently trade my Atari 2600 stuff for non-Atari items, like cartridges for other systems, videogame consoles, and 8-bit computer stuff. It is always interesting to have a good variety of items available in the trade list. I don't know if someone collects specifically old DOS games, but some titles like Ultima, Elite, UFO Enemy Unknown, etc. can attract traders. Sergio
  10. Yeah, newspaper adds a lot of weight to the package... a bunch of newspaper can easily add 50g or more to the package, and this small weight can make difference specially when shipping internationally. Where I live, shipping 510g costs approx. 2 times more than shipping 490g! Sergio
  11. Sometimes I use ripped newspaper. I use plastic bags, styrofoam, cardboard, bubble wrap... usually recycled material... Sergio
  12. Definitely Freeway is the worst game...
  13. Some modern TV sets (including CRT TVs) doesn't work well with classic videogames and 8-bit computers when using RF input... Sergio

  17. Hi, CCE is common in Brazil. There are some CCE carts that are rare: the first serie of colored labels, except the Mr. Postman with green label (just uncommon); and the last serie of yellow labels (8k games). Some photos can be found here: http://member.newsguy.com/~charin/vgmuseum/ Some titles of the black label series are a bit harder to find than others. If you own a CCE game with box and instructions, it is rare. Sergio
  18. I'm wondering how they could see something on screen after the first 24 hours of continuous play...
  19. Hi! I have one Video Grow cartridge without label. How the Video Grow's label looks like? best regards Sergio
  20. Hi MattyXB, Congratulations, Raiders of the Lost Ark is a hard to find title in Brazil. It also costed more than regular carts on that time. I have one by Digivision from my childhood. Best regards, Sergio
