I'm going back to Brazil next month. I'm mad I bought exactly zero games on that trip. All I could find was Gamecube, PS2, and Xbox... They wanted 2400 $R about $1100 for an Xbox 360 core. Wanted about $700 for a PS2. I wish I could find an older shop there, even if they were pirates.

Games are meant to be played, that's why you buy them in 3's. One to open to play. One to show off in your display and NEVER open or sell sometime. One to keep hidden away somewhere safe for 30-40 years in mint condition NEVER OPENED and then just sell it if you really need money or pass it on to your kids or other family. I'm going to start doing that with the PS3, Wii, and Xbox/360 We'll see in 25 years if that was a good idea.

To those with insurance, how much is it monthly to insure a bunch of games? Also, what would you say your estimated value of your collection is, so I have some reference points. Does it cover theft or just like damage from fire or what?
