  1. Hi This is the Atari Dealer Demo from 1980, both the original and the altered version (with naughty/dirty/sexy text). If you're talking about this demo, then you're wrong. This is not the demo that devweb has ported to Java. Regards PS: You need to use the Atari800WinPLus "FileLoad Executable Alt+X" menu option to load these demos, and they don't run under OS-B.[/b] add.zip
  2. I encourage looking at the Analog listings. Those are very well commented, very useful when learning MAC65. ftp://ftp.klosz.art.pl/pub/emul8/atari/Ma...sks-dcm/Analog/ Regards
  3. Hi This is the picture of the Micro-Discount Deflector cartridge on Ebay: What comes to my attention is the fact that the EPROM is soldered onto a XE super cart revision B: how can this be accomplished? I know EPROM pinout differs from Atari ROM pinout used on XE cartridges... Did they use modified XE cartridges for this purpose? Regards
  4. Hi You mean using a regular EPROM reader or a custom-made reader? So far I understand that ROMs and PROMs pinout don't match EPROM pinouts... Regards
  5. Hi I have a general videogame question. How are videogame roms dumped? Do I need some special hardware like a 'videogame-card' reader, or do I need to unplug/desolder the videogame ROMS and dump its contents using an EPROM burner/reader? Basically what I am asking here is how do I 'make' a MAME ROM file out of a classic videogame card (those ones used within JAMMA cabinets)... Regards
  6. Hi I need to know if there's a way to assign the Atari [sTART] key to other key than the [F4] PC key. I've been playing with the Keyboard options but there's no [sTART] key on the Atari Key combo, when editing the default keyboard template...any ideas? Regards
  7. Hi I'm looking for Analog magazine issues 30 and 32. Anybody wants to give away / sell / trade any of these issues? If so, please contact me at "lbaeza at yahoo dot com" or right here. Regards
  8. Hi Thanks for the link, but I'm looking for good scans of the article, not the OCRing... BTW, cyberroach rocks! Regards
  9. Hi Just ended scanning the pages of the excelent Analog #22 article "Son of Solid State". I scanned the pages using a resolution of 1280x1700 pixels more or less, because of the tiny letters imprinted on the article. This article is the sequel to another article appearing on Analog #16, named "Solid States - A 3-D Object Plotting System". Can anybody *please* provide me with the scanned pages of this last article? Thank you in advance! PS: After I got the 2 articles, I'll make them available through my webpage, to share this excelent material with everybody.

  18. Hi Last night I was converting from cassette to disk format some of my old programs for the Atari. Amongst these programs I found this one, a cassete program copier: This programs does it's thing very well, but the thing that has intrigued me for years is that it's a BASIC program (you have to CLOAD it), but the listing is encrypted! Check it out: How can this be acomplished? It's really odd! Regards
  19. Hi Just to let you know I made a little site with 1020 manual scans and software. Follow the link: http://www.geocities.com/lbaeza/1020 I hate Geofritzies, so this site will be moving soon to http://www.atariware.cl , I'll let you know when this happens. Regards and enjoy!
  20. Hi I think there's no such bug thing, just outdated schematics. The main difference I found between the interface I bought from Mr. Atari and his schematics are that unused chips pins are soldered together and grounded. I think all this is because of the constant improvements and developement of the interface. Regards
  21. I think that's a proper way of describing it. I think all this is the result of the constant improvement and developement of the MyIDE interface, the plans seem to be a little outdated. I guessed this after buying the interface from Mr. Atari and comparing it with the schematics posted at his site. Regards
  22. Hi I'll scan the manual for you, and send you the software. Regards
