  3. Just found this Euro Dig Dug listed on Ebay, so we have to add this one to the list. Kind regards, Luis.
  4. Hi While researching on cartridges, I noticed that Synapse carts PCBs have the same dimensions as the ones made by Atari, and these can be exchanged. On the attached picture, on the left you can see a Synapse cartridge PCB, and on the right, an Atari BASIC PCB. Do you know any other companies that used cartridge PCBs with the same dimensions as the Atari PCBs? Kind regards, Luis.
  5. Thanks, Mr. Robot These look great and will make my carts look really cool. 🙂 Kind regards, Luis
  6. Hi Mr. Robot Sorry for the bump. I am currently having fun burning some eproms, putting them on a new pcb, and using old brown Atari BASIC cartridges to hold them. So far I have been able to make this for the following games: Super Pac-Man Blaster Stargate Can you please give me a hand with labels for these? These games were programmed in 1984, and given that I already have brown cartridge cases, I'd like these labels to match the Star Raiders label style. Thanks in advance, Luis. PS: I have no idea if a serial/model number was ever reserved for these...any ideas?
  7. Hi abbotkinneydude On my collection of Atari official euro releases, I only have Ms. Pac Man and the Pole Position you can see on the attached pictures. This one says "(c) 1987, Atari Corp. Sunnyvale, CA 94086" on the back. Do you know if exists one saying "Atari Inc. International Division (1312 Crossman Avenue)" too? Or the only one officially released to the market is the one made by Atari Corp. only? Kind regards, Luis.
  8. My games arrived safe, properly packaged and they are in great shape. I recommend buying from this seller, Curious Sofa. The best. Kind regards, Luis.
  9. That is interesting, first time I read somehing like that. Years ago I made a hardware device that allowed me to plug a cartridge while the device was plugged on the EPROM programmer. It half-worked, and haven't had the chance to go back and fix it... Is there a picture anywhere of this harness for the Bytewriter? Kind regards, Luis
  10. Congratulations on your purchase. Bytewriter info is scarce, so thanks for sharing those details 🙂 kind regards, Luis.
  11. Hi, as recommended, I have just sent money to Ben through Western Union. Kind regards, Luis.
  12. @netcoord99 check here: I see one in the pictures, but don't know if it's still for sale. Kind regards, Luis.
  13. Hi Guys I got in touch with Ben regarding some stuff I want to buy that he has currently listed. He answered and asked me to send him a Postal Money Order and once he receives it, he will send my stuff. Anyways, since I am located outside the US, I need the help from somebody within the US who I can send a Paypal Payment and he or she can buy a Postal Money Order and send it to Ben. Any volunteers? Kind regards, Luis.
  14. Thanks, FlorianD, this looks great!!!
  15. Hi Mr. Video Those are very nice J-cards you have made, thank you very much for sharing them. Kind regards, Luis.
  16. drpeter, thanks for your work, it turned out pretty nice 🙂 A friendly clarification: the name of the country is Colombia, so Egan Bernal is colombian, not columbian 😉 Kind regards and take care. Luis.
  17. Vaya con Dios, señor Curt...
  18. Nice posts, abbotkinneydude...lot's of information, thanks for sharing. I took a look at those german catalogs on Atarimania, and this one came to my attention: http://www.atarimania.com/catalog-atari-atari-germany-atari-600xl-08-83_342_8.html It shows the mockup boxes I have attached to this post. It looks like these were made earlier than the ones you showed above, these feature a square picture of the game (Instead of a rectangle), no muticolor line below the word ATARI, the word CARTRIDGE can be seen on the lower right corner, and a german word (I pressume, I cannot identify) on the upper right corner. Oh and that red rectangle with some text in black...It looks to me that these were targeted specifically to the German market, though... Kind regards, Luis.
  19. @gilsaluki Please post a screenshot. Kind regards, Luis.
  20. Hi JayoK The full-page ads published in magazines like Antic and Analog are very nice (Specially the ones by Synapse, Adventure International, Datasoft...). But the page size of those magazines is roughly Letter, i.e. 8.5 by 11 inches (215.9 by 279.4 mm). I recommend you to take a look at the issues available on archive.org and download individual pages, resize them and print them using your preferred page size. https://archive.org/details/antic-magazine https://archive.org/details/analog-computing-magazine Kind regards, Luis PS: I have attached some examples as a reference for you.
