  1. Oh and another question: are all these Atari official european releases PAL? Or just the plain standard NTSC versions? Kind regards, Luis.
  2. Oh I see...thanks for clarifying that. Kind regards, Luis.
  3. Hi hatchcliff What Antic issue is that? I have just searched on atarimagazines.com and couldn't find it. Kind regards Luis
  4. Hi abbotkinneydude Thanks for sharing your pictures, I have never seen the Donkey Kong Junior box before! Kind regards, Luis.
  5. Thanks for your reply, abbotkinneydude. That is exactly what I was looking for. Is it possible you can post a picture showing the front of those boxes? Thanks in advance, Luis.
  6. Hi Fred_M Thanks for your update. I was aware of that Donkey Kong Game Kit, but not the Centipede one. Do you know if the Donkey Kong cartridge on that kit came with its own multi-language box? I don't have DK on my list... Kind regards, Luis.
  7. ¡Hola! Some popular titles for the Atari computers where officially released in multi-language boxes targeted to the European market. The main characteristic of these releases is that on the back of the box, instructions were provided in english, italian, french, spanish, german and dutch. These also included a somehow different manual, featuring a landscape-oriented page layout instead of the common portrait orientation (See attached example). Keep in mind that they are different than the ones made specifically for the german and french market. So far I have been able to locate the following titles released for the european market in multi-language boxes: Donkey Kong Junior Joust Jungle Hunt Ms. Pac-Man Pac-Man Pengo Pole Position Robotron: 2084 Do you know any other titles that I should add to this list? Kind regards, Luis.
  8. Advanced Atari Protection Techniques book (autographed?). Regards, Luis.
  9. Wow...less than 2 minutes! That's impressive. @djmat56can you please post a picture of the Rambit upgrade? Never seen one, my guess is that this is installed inside the 1010...correct? Is this upgrade reverseable? I.e. can it be un-installed and leave the 1010 as it was originally? Kind regards, Luis.
  10. Lunch looks great, thanks for sharing 😊 Kind regards, Luis.
  11. Today I was organizing my collection, and found one of these protectors. I have scanned it, here it is for you. Kind regards, Luis.
  12. Check the "Shoot'em Up! -Bomber" category on Atarimania: http://www.atarimania.com/list_games_atari-400-800-xl-xe-shoot-em-up-bomber_genre_108_8_G.html Regards, Luis.
  13. Please scan, I would like to recreate it also. Kind regards, Luis.
  14. Yautja, I can give you a hand translating some pages for you, you just shoot me an email 😉. Kind regards, Luis.
  15. Thanks for the heads up, Yautja. It's nice to see Atariteca is still online after all these years. I will ask Abel to update the Atariteca URL on Atariware. Keep up the good work and take care, keep safe. Regards, Luis.
  16. Before I forget, here are the box, manual, diskette, inlay and warranty card scans for "The Casebook of Hemlock Soames #3". Kind regards, Luis. HS3_img.zip
  17. Hi leech Excellent! Thanks for taking the time to try this test. It confirms that the alphabet letters in inverse video are different than the regular text. My question is still open,though...is there a way to print the regular/normal text using the Atari font instead of the printer font? Kind regards, Luis.
  18. Hi leech Looking at that test on your laser printer I can see that besides the cent issue, it prints correctly the Atari graphics characters. That's a good thing to know. However, I can see that the regular text ("ATASCII IS AWESOME") is not being printed using the Atari font. Instead, it is using the printer font. Is there a way to configure the Xetec Graphix AT interface so that it uses the Atari font instead of the printer font for the regular text? Can you please show us what inverse regular text looks like when printed on your laser printer? Thanks in advance, Luis.
  19. Nice flag, kogden...I remember seeing recently one for sale at Ebay, but went out of my budget pretty quickly. Kind regards, Luis.
  20. Hi R0ger Clicking on Reset All Settings and then using the Save Frame (ALT+F10) option did the trick. Thanks! Luis.
  21. Hi team Please see attached picture. On the left, there's a close up of a screenshot taken using the Altirra emulator. On the right, another close up of a screenshot, this time taken with the Atari800Win PLus emulator. As you can see, when I zoom in the Altirra screenshot, it looks blurry. What options should I set on Altirra so that when I take screenshots using Save Frame option under the View menu, the screenshot does not look blurry, just like the one taken with Atari800Win PLus emulator? Please let me know. Kind regards, Luis.
  22. Were these official disks from Compute! published back in the day, or are these compilations of the book programs source codes, typed in and organized by Atari enthusiasts? Regards, Luis.
  23. Hi Allan Thanks for all the hard work. Can you please post a picture of the hardware you are using for this? I'm interested on the scanner you use...what model/maker is it? Does it include a document feeder? Kind regards, Luis.
