My 2 cents here: For your first steps programming the Atari computers I recommend the Atari Roots book:
https://www.atariarchives.org/roots/
Please take a look at it.
Kind regards,
Luis.

Hi
I have an SX64 computer with broken tabs / locks on the keyboard. I have access to a 3d printer, and I would like to print replacement locks for my broken keyboard. I searched on Thingyverse but could't find anything related to SX64 keyboard...
Can you please share with me the SLT file for printing the SX64 keyboard lock?
Thanks in advance,
Luis.

The 5200 version of Robotron incluided a much better built holder, but it works only with the 5200 controllers, the CX40 does not fit on it...

Luis.

The holder is a good idea, but it's too flimsy for a good play IMHO.

Hi toddtmw
Thanks for sharing the Kryoflux case STL files.
What about the floppy drive case?
Are you willing to share them also?
In addition to that, do you have a picture of the back side of that floppy drive case? Thanks in advance

Did anyone have the joystick that looked like a BMX bicycle grip? There was no base and a red button on top. There were mercury switches that detected how the stick was angled and you could squeeze it to center it if you didnt want to move.
Datasoft's Le Stick.

At first I was stressed by this "interactive" thing, I am just not used to it in this context.
I remember a Deniro crime movie were you could choose the ending, I didn't like the fact you could interfere with the original story.
Just not my kind of thing.
So when the first decision showd up on Bandersnatch, I just ignored it and waited to see the thing crash or something like that.
But nothing happened. I mean, the thing just made a choice for me, and the thing kept going.
Having to make decisions every 5 minutes is distracting for me, but given I like the setting and the production values of the movie , I could say I am more patient.
Kind regards,

My old LG smart TV refuses to play Bandersnatch...hooked up the notebook via HDMI port...woohoo! Finally plays, but kids have just arrived from the evening pool...will have to continue watching later.
So far I have been able to enjoy the 80s recreation, those close ups of the Chris Foss look alike book cover...I have not been able to enjoy Jeff Minter's acting skills yet...Maybe later.

Hi Gury
Glad to hear from you, your site is a staple reference for all things Atari.
Feel free to share this information. I made this quick and dirty webpage but it certainly can be improved.

Does it work with 1200XL and the 800 (not XL) computers?

Hi Allan,
Of course it's OK, I was afraid this document went to oblivion unless I scanned and shared it with the community.

Kung Fu Master
in Atari 8-Bit Computers
Posted
Hi
According to a currently offline article published on Atariware , Kung-Fu Master was created by Pelusa Software, who were a small team of Atari fans located in Arica, Chile. The main idea of the game was inspired by two arcade games: Yie-Ar Kung Fu (Konami, 1985) and Kung-Fu Master (Irem, 1984).
Years later, German González, formerly from Pelusa, told Atariware that the game was sent to two magazines: First it was sent to Mundo Atari magazine, from Chile, where his letter was published on issue 24 (June-July 1989) with only a congratulation, no game listing was published there, and the magazine folded the next month. The other magazine Germán sent the listing was Antic, although it was finally published on STart vol 5 issue 2, october 1990. This magazine was a continuation of Antic. You can see an article on page 99 entitled Kung Fu Master, and the listing on pages 112 and 113. In addition to that, a local software publisher named Turbo Software, included the game as "Kung Fu" on at least 2 cartridge games compilation: cartridges "C5" and "2". No permissions were asked to German, and no royalties were sent to him because of the sales of these cartridges including his creation. Germán came to know about this years later, when he bought one of these cartridges second hand on a flea market for his Atari personal collection.
This game was coded on a NTSC Atari computer using Atari Basic, using as few lines as possible so it could be published on a magazine. This program does not work OK on PAL systems, although it has already been fixed by local Atari fans.
Kind regards,
Luis.
