  1. I"ve never played that one before but I will say it has one ugly looking screen set up.
  2. I think you might be talking about Venture!
  3. I'm sorry are you saying that some one offered to sell you their copy or that some one wants to buy your boxed copy for $10.00
  4. I'm with shawn on this, I love the work and I know it takes a lot of time and work to make the wallet but the price is still a little high. I would love one for my self but I have tons of Atari carts I still need so my money has to go to my collection first, but still a very cool idea.
  5. I can't wait to go and it sure will be nice to get to meet some more Atariage members.
  6. Some people must hit at least 3 crack rocks before they post an auction on Ebay. This fool and the other nut bag who has his sealed copy of PAC-MAN listed for $100 must come from the same mother?
  7. That Swordquest Waterworld may be sealed but it sure looks like its being crushed by the shrink wrap! :!: :!:
  8. Hell is the weather is not bad, I guess I'll head on down for the October 24th show. Living in Michigan, this is the closest gaming show to me.
  9. Pac-Man is nothing, you must not be looking hard. Most times you will find a Pac-Man box in a lot sale with like 5 other boxed games. Now Adventure on the other hand boxed is a little hard to find, infact I had another Atariage member asked me to sell them my sealed box copy. @ hhwolfman: Yes I love the guy sellfing his boxed copy of Pac-Man for a $100. I will be first in line to bitch slap any one dumb enough to pay that price!!
  10. Many of use here on Atariage have run into the same problem with some Atari or other companies carts working in 1 type of 2600 system and not so well in another like a Jr system. It might have something to do with the year the carts were made to the year the system came out like I believe that the Jr was the last body style of 2600.
  11. I know some NIB 2600 games have gone up in price but since when do common games like Jungle Hunt, Missile Command & Space Invaders go for $14.00$14 common 2600 games ????
  12. I'm sorry, I received my copy a week ago. I still have not had time to try it out but can't wait. Thank you
  13. It looks more like a cross between Reactor and Pong tennis.
  14. I'm in the same boat Rick. I don't know how that one passed me by.
  15. Some of you here are not old enough to have been a kid when the 2600 system first came out but arcades were king back then, games like Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Asteroids and so forth were the games that made us go crazy and when the 2600 came out, the idea of playing those games at home was a dream come true. For the time, paying over $200 for a Atari 2600 system was a lot of money but once you had the Atari, you would play for hours. My parents bought me my first 2600 system around 1980 from a Kmart store, then a short time after that, all of my friends had one and we would swap carts back and forth all the time, it was great and I miss those times.
  16. If its all right, I wouldn't mind coming to this get together. It would be nice to meet all of you Atariage members face to face.
  17. Great idea but I don't think I like it with a LED on the fire button. :!:
  18. To me, no one company has the best label or shape. In the shape department I will have to go with Parker Bros. The shape of a Parker Bros cart is very nice and easy to handle. In the label design area I would have to go with a couple of companies. 1) Atari: You just can't beat those 70's and 80's style of drawings. 2) ZELLERS: Talk about some funky designs and colors.
  19. Whats the latest Tokeo? I'm down for what ever the permium edition copy has.
  20. I will take a copy of both kinds please.
  21. Hello Any update information? Is it all most ready?
  22. I'm also still waiting for some of the great game makers we have here to make this complete with a box!
  23. Well I tried for the silver gravitar but I guess my $285 was not good enough! Oh well next time!
