  2. As I said, I don't know the technical stuff about Atari 8-bit but I welcome educating about it but many thanks
  3. Apologies - i've changed the settings and I'll do an amendment video after I've had my breakfast
  4. If it's of interest to anyone, I've just done a video review of this and have uploaded it to Youtube. Not knowing any technical details, I've not mentioned any... https://youtu.be/Vj3CjQPXR-w
  5. I've already done the ST version but I'd like to do every version..
  6. Thanks anyway.. looks like I won't be covering the Jaguar version but in theory, would it be possible to use existing released footage for a Dizzy Retrospective video I'm working on please? (and sorry I asked, but they say you never know unless you ask and I would have been willing to pay)
  7. yes but I can't USE a cartridge.. let alone make a review video from it
  8. Can anyone tell me if there is a chance to buy a ROM image to use on an emulator please? As a Dizzy nut, I'd love to play this game and love to cover it in my series of Dizzy videos.. Many thanks in advance

  10. I've been playign dizzy games since 1987... great games.. Will never stop doing videos of them for my YT channel.. Also, loved Thundercats too!
  11. Ah, I know Amstrad Maniaque's videos. When it comes to CPC matters, I know a lot. When I play it next, I'll take a look and make sure my memory is not faulty. Hope my video shed good light on the project.
  12. Was mine the first? The ankh was visible on the CPC version - it was under the wing.. As for the back door, I couldn't remember how to open it.
  13. I gave it a going over then did my review video. It helped I know the game from the Amstrad CPC.. I did notice a few differences like the lack on an anka on the plane at the beginning (it was there on the Amstrad version but I presume it wasn't on the C64 version)
  14. I really enjoyed it even though I could never get far in it back in the day on the Amstrad.. Hope you liked my video.
  15. Right now, I'm preparing a multi-format review in addition to a retrospective/chart video dedicated to the Dizzy series. But I can a typical review/gameplay video done in less than an hour. (assuming I don't try to showcase everything) But my channel is at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqO6nxLDpZqY5ZGGWh13TMw
  16. Looks good! Once my current video commitments are done, I'll do a video review of this.
  17. Here's the correct video... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-o6konPPZ8&feature=youtu.be
  18. Thanks - Youtube's blundered again...
  19. Here's my Treasure Island Dizzy playthrough.. I didn't really like how the screens were zoomed in which resulted in scrolling but in all, it wasn't a bad port at all. Hope to see more to come. I used the V1.3 snicklin - there IS one of the two warps in the game BTW - is there anyone who could put this onto a real 5 1/4" disc for me please? I'm a Dizzy nut and try to collect as many physical games as possible... Thanks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nd5ERqMe8Nc&feature=youtu.be
  20. I'm editing it now to take out the three times I got killed near the end and a long pause due to a phone call. As soon as I've uploaded it, I'll post it
  21. Just finished a longplay video of this! A few save states and reloads needed (with only one life and sensitive controls, it's needed)
