All is PAL and the 3-D Tic-Tac-Toe cartridge ist with picture label.

I counted my Atari 2600 cartridges today. Including all variations I have 1133 loose carts and 549 boxed carts + X (sealed Games and doubles, well packed in boxes, perhaps around 60 Games).

The first Bowling was bought in Karstadt in Berlin for 79 Deutsche Mark and has a PAL Text Cartridge inside. The other boxes are all with picture label Cartridges.

My new Repro Cart Copy Cart: And some boxes from Europe there are missing in the database:

A few days ago I bought some Copy Carts (the left and the right one). The right Box has not the blue Vidco stickers and the Cartridge had a Home Vision Repro Cart sticker under the Copy Cart sticker. And does the cartridge belong to the set?

Oh, you are right. Here are the backs: In the Combat Boxes are Text Cartridges. The Combat Cartridge with the big "P" is from my loose collection.
