  1. Congrats on your Kiosk! It is nice to see a another one still lives. Did yours have the demo cart and any documentation, like the manual? If not, I can send you a scanned copy of mine. Not only did mine have the manual but it had the dummy cart and the glaxian demo cart as well.
  2. Awesome! I just played this on my 5200. I can't wait for the final version and hopefully in Cart form. I will buy one if there is.
  3. I am just curious, is your kiosk console a functioning 5200 or just a empty console? Mine is just an empty console or dummy unit (no mother board or ports). The mother board is bare and inside the lower cabinet. Mine appears to be all original and came from a guy who got it from Montgomery Wards. I have seen some that the console mounted under the monitor appears to be fully functional. Also have you tried to see if the controller is working? Anyway, hopefully you can put them to use.
  4. Hello, Since Atari 5200 Kiosks and Cartridge Shelving Units appear to be rare, I was wondering if AtariAge Members would be interested in an "Owners List" and/or sharing pictures of the ones they own with the AtariAge Community. I counted about eight members that have the Kiosk (or Point of Purchase Demo Kiosk), and have only seen three 5200 Cartridge Shelving Units (mine and someone has two on Youtube). Additionally, this may help someone locate partial units or parts that may be available for restoration. (FYI, I am not looking to sell mine, I just wanted to share something that is not seen often and appears to be rare).
  5. I think these are the cases. http://www.mediashelving.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=W&Product_Code=USCG&Category_Code=MED
  6. I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but I read through this post. I ordered the cases ( you have to cut out part of the tabs) mentioned here and made the labels. You can see some of the cases in my display cabinet in my avatar. http://atariage.com/forums/topic/87589-atari-5200-case-project/page-7?hl=5200+project&do=findComment&comment=1820461
  7. Awesome! I will buy a cart if you make them.
  8. Shawn, I may have one I'd be willing to part with. I bought it from Best years ago, I believe it still has the Pink plastic on it. I will have to do some digging but may not get to that until the weekend. Guess what, I found them, yes two. I am keeping one. The top right corner on both are slightly bent, but should straighten out (no crease), this is how I received them. PM me
  9. Rats! Missed this again. Please put me on the list for the next run of DK PK. Chris
  10. I finally purchased a degaussing coil, and like magic the picture is perfect! I want to thank every one for there responses/help.
  11. I am going to try the degaussing coil. The cordless seamed to adjust the colors correctly, but not permanently.
  12. Hello, I have a Donkey Kong Jr. and the colors are off in the center (about 50% of the screen). It was fine and I moved the game about 5 feet and now it is not. I am guessing something is loose, but I am not sure what to check on the monitor or chassis. The wiring harness and connectors all seam fine and secure. I know bad things can happen if I fool with the suction cup on the tube and the flyback, but any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
  13. Bob, I got one a Best Electronics. I think this is the page: http://best-electronics-ca.com/cx52_j.htm#CX52
