I have a 6-switch that works great if the difficulty switches are in the A position, however, whenever I have them in the B position the colors start messing up. It happens both when I change the position while the unit is turned on, or when the switches are already in the B position and then I turn it on. Why would this happen? Has anyone else run into this problem?

I've been troubleshooting video/color problems on a friend's 6-switch and not having a lot of luck. After a few moments, the colors change and the sound becomes distorted. I'm using a cartridge that I know works. I've swapped out the power supply, RF cable, and TV/Computer switch box with ones that I know work. I've tried adjusting the color using the little adjustment pot, but to be honest, I may not have played around with it enough. Any suggestions on the next step?

I've updated the list the recent posts. Impressive collection, Atartpitbull! I assumed if folks said "standard" or "regular" that meant the light version and not a Heavy.

Thomas, whatever came of your conversion of LOTR?

My Krok shows it as FE. Where did you get your ROM? I think I have the one from here. Unfortunately, Kevin Horton doesn't list it in his paper about cart sizes and bankswitching. The stella.pro file must be incorrect on this one. The one I have shows FE in stella.pro, but the game doesn't work correctly in Stella unless you change the properties of the game from FE to F8. Confirmed, and fixed in CVS. You don't actually have to specify any type; the autodetection works fine, detecting it as F8. So, are we saying the Krok Cart database mistakenly has it listed as FE, instead of F8?

Thanks Batari! Any chance you can convert Tomarc? What's the deal with LOTR? I've seen posts where it was converted, but I can't find it posted anywhere. Why is posting the converted LOTR different than posting other conversions?

This one is finished and waiting on my HD until Marc recovers. Was the conversion for Lord of the Rings ever posted? I can't seem to find it. If you have it, can you please post it again. Also, I know Decathlon was converted from FE, does anyone know if Thwocker or Tomarc the Barbarian were done? Thanks! Tomarc is fine as is As for LOTR it's not posted nor will it be. The Krokodile Cart doesn't support FE, so Tomarc will not work with it.

From a collector's viewpoint, which of these is the most valuable? 1. Used 6 swtich 2600 2. Used 2600 "Heavy Sixer" 3. Used 2600A 4. Used 2600A "Dark Vader" 5. NEW in box 2600 Jr. Rev A All the used units are in clean, working condition. Thanks for your input!

That's a good question, hopefully someone with a modified Flashback 2 and a Krokodile Cart can answer it. Unfortunately I do not have a modified Flashback 2 so I cannot provide an answer for you. ..Al I hope one of the new (or old) KC owners is able to answer this. Good point, there soon be nearly 50 new Krokodile Cart owners, and perhaps one of them does have a modified Flashback 2 console to test this on. ..Al As long as you play the games that are supported by the FB board, I would think it would work. I don't believe the flashback can play some/most of the games that are bankswitched.

I just won it off of ebay with some controllers and a handful of games. Hope it looks as good in person as it does in the auction photo! I don't even have to pay for shipping because it's close enough to pick up.
