  1. Its like walking into a video game store in 1982 Frickin AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. Heh was reading thru Electronic Fun with Computer & Games issue May 1983 In the Input / Output section a place were people write in about computers and video game questions a Kid writes in .. . . Q.My uncle sais that the Atari 2600 system will be taken off the market because they have too many cartridges and not very many people buying them. I laughed in his face. Am i right? Bryan Fitch Westminster, CO A. Yes your were right. The Atari 2600 is still the industry staple with more people owning it than any other system. In addition, Atari has said nothing about discontinuing the system and plans to keep on manufacturing new, better and more sophisticated games for it.
  3. Wow over 1 million thats crazy and scary at the same time. I wonder how many more warehouses could be packed with that many ?
  4. Back in 1990 there were lotsa minty carts around =O Well not lots but enough it was fun .Back in those days i thought i was the only one collecting .But i knew one day they would be as collectible as say comic books are .Plus im crazy about them. It was a free for all back then . I would Place adds in the pennysaver paper and go to peoples houses. They would practically beg you to take the stuff =O Or the thrifts were the best there would be bins full of mostly sealed games for .50c a pop . I also was really into the APPLE II when i was younger, worst move i did was leaving Mint Original Ultima in a thrift but had no money.
  5. that oshea stuff looks alot like what FBE had in the 1990 ? . So im assuming at one point a large find was found and has passed many hands inlcuding telegames , oshea and that guy in texas the bergs ? It all seems to be the same except for the Berg stuff which has coleco and intellivision .Which i think came from telegames. I still have the original telegames list somewhere when i was tying to get it before the tornado hit. And it looks alot like the telegames list from 1990 . So i assume there are thousands and maybe 5's of thousand of these games around ?
  6. 2many_collectibles Wow this guys feedback reads like a train wreck .Dont you people read feedback before bidding on items ?
  7. Why is obelix a rare 10 on this site? And if so only at 26.00 ? It finished at $86. Never judge an auction too early on. Still if it was a rare 10 it should be alot more then that. Sounds like a rare 7 or 8 to me, maybe box is rare 10 tho.
  8. But what has Mickey Mouse done in the last 20 years. Mickey has been living on reputation for the last 30 years at least, at least Mario is doing something and not just living off his past glories from over 50 years ago. what do u mean? He's down in florida, Cali , France and tokyo greeting all the people that come to his magical kingdom
  9. Just was watching Family Guy on Fox and the maid/helper pulled a colecovison outa his belly button
  10. Digital press has it at a 7? Thats a big swing i thought after 15 years you guys would know whats going on by now Maybe its Pal

  12. I Want to puke! i forgot to bid on the Quadrun thats wht going to the bar and drinking does to you
  13. Atari Will always be the King , the Grand Daddy, the most remembered of all video Games Systems .Foam at the mouth all you want but its the truth and you know it and i know it HANDS DOWN ! And for the crack head that said Mario is bigger then Mickey mouse, if people still remember Mario 40 years from now then u have a argument.
  14. Could be kinda thought it was more like a see saw then a that thing. Is that the only foot accessory for the 2600 ?>
  15. It's not your fault. The search function has issues with finding words that are less than 4 letters. no seriuosly i typed Air Raid and nothing showed but when i typed airraid it showed up . Im not sure if you just busting my chops tho
  16. Does anyone know what the name was for the accessory that came with a Atari game implementing a kinda surf/snow board type device? I remember purchasing it way back when in 1990 from a thrift shop. But its been like 15 years since i been to my storage?

  18. No one has opened one up as far as I know. From the picture on AA you can see a screw on the handle, but I bet there's also one under the label, and I don't know too many people that would be willing to make a hole in the label of a $3000 cartridge. Especially if it just to find out whether it's worth $3000 or $2. Well for the fun and minds of the hobby if someone is willing to sell me one i will open it and post the pics and any info needed for the sake of the community. I truly want to know the legend behind this cart. So If you have the cart i will flip the bill and maybe by the end of this week we will all finally know the truth!!!! PM me for purchasing and i will paypal u immediately! My ebay account is 100% positive
  19. Yes thanks! For some reason it wasnt coming up in the search section Anyways all this talk about brazillian this and that is crazy .Hasn't someone just opened the cart to see whats inside ?
  20. I cant find anything under your name or on Airraid ? Why were u upset? Because some people think its a pirated game ?
  21. Wow thats a cool story. So that guy's the only one know to have a cart or to have the box? If so thats jsut crazy with the internet and such that no one else has found a cart or knows anything about it .Maybe it was never really released.
  22. That is one tasty Photo So there is still no proof of anyone with a box for Air Raid ? Back in 1990 when i was collecting there was no proof of the cart but now i see pics of it. But still none of the box?
