  1. I have quite a few. If you include label variations and non NTSC games, I have 1341 carts for the 2600. (I think I have a sickness ) Jim
  2. Yep, it is Alan (a fellow Clevelander). He's a great guy and avid collector. He doesn't post too much here, though. I haven't heard from him in a while. He does write a column for Tom's Heroes. Ususally he has some game reviews across multiple platforms and has other insightful articles. Jim
  3. Good luck Ben, you'll be missed
  4. Looks GREAT CPUWIZ!!! I've got to get a copy.
  5. Dan is a great guy and has some cool/funny Atari stories. He also has a patent for the 5200 Track ball. His Atari stuff is amazing!!
  6. Karate is pretty bad. It may be the worse game ever. I don't like Chase the Chuckwaggon either. Slots, on the other had, is actually decent. I really liked it when it came out. Jim
  7. This is good news for us collectors in America. Maybe I can get some Technovision carts now. I love those German Quelle/SS carts too, but there very hard to find.
  8. I have a tube of 'glue stick'. It works really well, but it's only aged a 2 or 3 years. I don't know what the long term affects will be. Jim
  9. Cute dog WIZ!!! I need to get my dog out there working for me.
  10. I won some patches from him, and they are the real deal. I think it even had the iron-on instructions on the back.
  11. Nice haul!! Congrats. It's always nice to add to your collection, especially in bulk.
  12. Sure EPROMS and EEPROMS work fine on a real 2600. Some comercial games used EPROMs back in the day.
  13. I like the Answer Software Double Ender!!
  14. I agree. Warlords is the best.
  15. That's what I thought too. I let the '2nd chance offer' pass.
  16. I had the same exact experience: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=3029523139 The auction was over and he immeadiately offered it to me for 38.89 I also asked about the cart and he said it was the one in the picture. One thing that I thought was odd. The high bidder was from Philly and he is too.
  17. Sign me up as a guinea pig!! I'd be more than willing to give it a test spin. And with a discount, that's a no brainer
  18. I agree with CPUWIZ. I'm definitely interested, butI live in the US.... Oh well. Hopefully some of the guys on AA will add to their collection.
  19. My favorite is Space Invaders.
  20. Me too I just came to defend you. CPUWIZ gets two thumbs up. Especially the cool protos
