  1. Oh no, please don't raise the price on something none of us wanted for the price you already had it for, lol I am guessing you have been hanging around the Nintendo collecting scene, which in that case, yes this would get an easy $300 (if it was a new NES and shrinkwrapped super mario) You have to understand though, you are in a different world here
  2. Oh, and of course we have completed Ebay results... Looks like nobody wanted this one for $20 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Atari-PAC-MAN-Video-Computer-System-Game-Program-CX2646-New-In-Sealed-Package-/221816128189?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item33a54582bd This one got $20 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pac-Man-Atari-2600-1982-New-In-Original-Sealed-Box-/191591455693?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c9bbd9bcd This one sold for $11.50 http://www.ebay.com/itm/1981-ATARI-PAC-MAN-8-VIDEO-GAME-CX2646-UNOPENED-SEALED-/161729891363?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item25a7da4c23 I could really go on and on...
  3. Here is a sealed pac man for $39.95 (which is insanely overprices) but this guy has hundreds of them, lol http://members.tcq.net/video61/2600new.html Sealed pac man is worth about $10ish
  4. Thanks! I honestly haven't touched it since that night, but in my defense I haven't touched ANY of my games, just too busy...plan on messing around this weekend though. For Burgertime I think if I run a loop of the Benny Hill chase scene through my smartphone while I'm playing I counteract how much I hate the music resetting (I always thought that music would fit well) Now...to track down a Fathom! Seems to be a bit uncommon... Oh, I did snap a pic of the suspected tape loader cables...I'll upload that soon and hopefully someone can verify it IS them Thanks again everyone
  5. Yes, thats great but expecting that same level of speed from everyone else is delusional...
  6. $100 Thats not an offer from me just a value assessment
  7. So...it took him ONE DAY to get you an invoice and you think that's a problem? Dude, that is not that big of a deal. Man, people expect the world these days... Give the guy a break man, not everyone is just sitting by their computer constantly waiting to fulfill every need of their Ebay buyers, lol
  8. It's only been one day man. What to do? Chill I say...chill
  9. I don't know why but for some reason Intellivision boxed games seems to be the ones everyone sends in bubbleopes. It;s ALWAYS Intellivision and I have no idea why...not atari...not Coleco...Intellivision!!
  10. Now that it is verified legit it could almost be worth more untested since it includes a disc game and cartridge. The "possibility" of what might be on them could be worth more than if they are just blank...
  11. AtariBrian is the winner!! Yeah, I could say "technically" he did not use an exclamation mark...but meh, close enough PM me so I can get your address for your prize~!
  12. Careful, Once you start shuffling too much its the death of a collection. You end up broke and gameless as you overspend to have fast and sell cheap to feed the impulse. Few collectors have the proper patience (to buy and sell) properly to keep the revolving door going very long. They end up saying F this and move on to my little ponies...
  13. "Surely you cant be serious?" "I am...and dont call me Shirley" First to name the movie gets a prize! (free shipping for US residents only)
  14. Doesn't bother me at all, we were friends but he was an asshole, lol
  15. Funny, I was going to say "PM FND" before I even saw his post, lol
  16. Pole Position is terrible. My childhood friend loved it, and it is one of the only games I actually have Intellivision nostalgia with. He is now serving life for murder though....just saying....
  17. Nice! Also my favorite Intellivision game (non homebrew) Want to trade for something?? I will include a not as nice Tower of Doom (CIB) in the trade of course
  18. I remember when CTCW was "holy grail" status and THE game to obtain... I think a big part of it was the background story. "Never available in stores" and "mail order only" When Atari collecting was new and basically every known fact wasn't plastered all over the internet as it is now this was the kind of hype that made games desirable to collectors. I remember Kool Aid man also having a little bit of hype since it was also a mail order game (although available in stores later on, I bought mine from a Grocery store Applebaums) Now that time has passed, the internet is in everyone's possession and most everyone has raided their closets to put their old Atari stuff on Ebay...the truth has come out that it is not a grail and more of a semi rare to rare game. The internet killed the hobby shop...
  19. Well there we have it (although I already believed it to be real) Now the real question...did he confirm it does anything besides play SNES games?
  20. Oooohhhh, I can't wait to throw my money at this thing
  21. I would normally agree but sometimes its worth it. DK arcade is a great example. The Intellivision version has additional features that, as far as I know, are exclusive. Im not very familiar with Boulder dash but I was hoping for more little "extras" like DK arcade had, programmers should do wnat Carl did more often. The little things really do matter (although in the programming world I do not know how "little" the DK exclusives would be considered) overall though DK really "wow'ed" me, and that doesnt happen often as Ive grown bitter and judgemental now that Im old and yell at kids on my lawn. What is with the price of milk these days anyways, sheesh...
  22. I find pole position near unplayable but thats an easy target...how about a few that dont get dissed as often? I dont like tutankham, stadium mud buggies annoys me also. Both could have been sooooo much better, that is worse than just being bad. When you see the potential in a game it gives you hope...then that hope is shattered when you get so frusterated that you bite your controller.
