  1. Flipper Slipper - 20,440 I edited this post because I only increased my score from this morning by about 350 points.
  2. I don't believe I achieved top spot...ed1475 had a higher score than me...
  3. Grog's Revenge - 5,950 This is probably too late to count in the scores as it is 10:20 PST which woould be 1:20 Eastern, but as it doesn't change my place in the standings, I thought I'd put it up anyway.
  4. As I did in my previous best, I bested my score again by a whoppin' 10 points... Grog's Revenge - 5,330
  5. Yeah, well...I don't even know how I got there...last time I had looked at my score I was under 5,000 with one tire left...when the game ended, I was surprised to see 5,320 sitting there...haven't gone over 5,000 again since then. Getting close to top spot Bah! I just bested my score by 10 whole points...I'll wait on officially posting it...maybe I can go higher...
  6. Grog's Revenge - 4,840 Wheee!!! I beat my previous score by a whoppin' 20 points....
  7. Squish 'Em - 169,720 I edited this post with a new screenshot. I hit the screenshot button a number of times after the game ended and discovered the one I previously posted had the right score, but had gone back into attract mode and listed me with two lives. This one was taken immediately after I lost my last life.
  8. Yeah, it's on the tough side...lots of pinpoint turns to collect the clams and the caves get tougher and tougher every level. Your latest score prompted me to do the update. Looks like a tough game!!!
  9. If I'm playing via emulator I use my logitech joypad...if on the ColecoVision I use my Amiga PowerStick...the standard CV controller isn't very good for this game.
  10. Let the Clam collecting begin... Grog's Revenge - 2,550 I've always had mixed success with this one...can't ever recall making it past the 2nd level...
  11. Tips? Only that repeated play gets you better. You start remembering where obstacles are, how fast they are coming and what to expect. Also, most of the time if you see a plane coming on the floor level below or above you, you know on the next screen in the direction you're heading you will get a plane also...same for the radio. There are a couple of times where this doesn't follow, but most of the time it does. Nothing is random in this game, so you will always have the same obstacles in the same spots. It is also helpful to ride the elevator both to avoid obstacles and to avoid having to go all the way to the right and then all the way back to the left. Just ride it all the way to the top...even if you have to ride it up and down twice to get the bad guy ahead of you. You should always be chasing him because he'll run the other direction otherwise. If you're unsure of the next screen...run onto it and then back. You can at least see what's coming that way and plan accordingly. I have no idea how that Twin Galaxies high score was reached....or even the CV one. That frickin' plane is moving so fast on the upper levels it seems impossible to get by it.
  12. Hmmm...this brings up an interesting question...as there are currently three players who have not submitted a score will all three of them be eliminated at the end of this round? I urge some people who did not originally sign up to jump in with any kind of score...we need more players.
  13. Keystone Kapers - 51,800 OK, I think I'm probably done with this one...can't get past the plane when it's moving like a blur...
  14. As a result of your temporal interference...Coleco replaced IBM as the biggest computer manufacturer and unseated Microsoft as the leading software and video game developer. Let me know if you ever biuld your time machine! I might be interested to try it! Man! I'll get back in the 80s and told Coleco some important things Temporal problem? who care! Well..... you might want to talk with Dr. Brown
