where can i get a copy of dos xe for my atari 130XE.

i was looking at the myatari.com site and found this: "HDA059 RECORDER XC-12 New Atari 24.95 Sold in Europe". anyway, my question is will the data cassette recorder work with my NTSC atari 130XE, or does "sold in euope" mean they will only work there?
