That would have properly asserted it as a 'home computer' reaching it's zenith much like the Amiga CD32! This may have helped the machine to be marketed more accurately!?! If people thought it was the furthering of Atari's efforts to perfect and expand the 1040 to console integration it may have looked better than arguing bits with existing video game superpowers. *passes out
