    I see there's NES homebrews being put on to cartridges, but is there a way to have original Game Boy games be put onto cartridges? I would like to release this homebrew Game Boy game, but I don't know how.

      After a quick search, I was able to find lots of new Game Boy cartridge shells, and a number of homebrew PCBs as well. Just shop around until you find something that matches the requirements for your game.
