      I use the auto-reject for weeding out stupid lowballs. My auto-reject is at 75%, and my auto-accept is at 90%. In between, I'll think about it.

      If they have free insertion and no unsold fees for the first ~100 items per month, not strange that they would auto-enable Make Offer in order for goods to move and eventually bill for some sales fees. One has to think about that too, eBay is not a charity.
