I know that feeling, i suffer from insomnia on a major level. Problem of mine is when i lay i start thinking and trying to solve every little issue in life.
I'm in the same boat. I have started to modify my night time habits..no laptop in bed. If I want fiddle around, I do it at the desk then get in to bed. What's even harder is often when I *do* try a some sort of sleep aid, I end up staying up till 4 in the morning.
