I tried 127/127/127 in IntyColor. It came out bright green instead of gray.

Here it is with a blue background. What do you think?

What color should I change the background to?

The patties in the burgers in Burgertime were green. There. I've said it. This is because the Intellivision can't display brown. There is no brown in the palette. So if I, say, wanted to make a game about, say, chocolate, I couldn't (unless it was white chocolate.) But I wanted to make a game about flying hamburgers, even though there is no brown in the INTV's palette. I have made this game before (for the Game Gear and Virtual Boy), but I wanted to see what a hamburger looked like on the Intellivision. So I made this experiment. While doing this, I had to reinstall Photoshop because it was being a moron and wouldn't let me use it. But once I installed it, I found the grids. This will help a lot when making Intellivision graphics. Anyway, I think adding the bun hides the fact that the patties are really green, albeit a little bit. What say you?

Duh me! I forgot there was a visible flag in the X register.

Are the Learning Fun I & II cartridges playable on the Intellivision 2? I know the original Electric Company ones weren't so I thought I'd ask. I'd rather not spend tons of money on games I won't be able to play. I am wondering if the issues that made it unplayable on an INTV 2 had been fixed or not.

Surely there has to be a better way to do this than this:
nothingf: bitmap "00000000" bitmap "00000000" bitmap "00000000" bitmap "00000000" bitmap "00000000" bitmap "00000000" bitmap "00000000" bitmap "00000000" samplecode: DEFINE 60,1,nothingf wait SPRITE 0,manx+$300,many+$100,SPR60 + 0
What is it?

I went to the used video game store again. I saw a copy of Tokyo Extreme Racer for Dreamcast there. I didn't buy it, since I didn't know whether I had it or not. I don't. But after seeing it on eBay for >$200, I'm wondering if I should go back and buy it, or whether the eBayer is just a greedy a-hole. Odd things like Dreamcast games in the store generally last a while since hardly anyone buys them any more.

How do you get 7 in a row? Anyway, you're really great for being able to fit this in a 2k space!

I finally saw the light about this game. The fact that the nosehair's growth gets too speedy makes the game end at some point too soon. So I lowered the maximum speed to where you can go get a box and come back and be able to cut the nosehair (in my opinion). I think that making the game making you lose points for every second you don't get the box forced me to make this change. So I played this version 35 a couple of times. I got 399 on my first try and 499 on my second try.

That sounds wonderful! Can't wait!

But if you don't get a box, your point total drops.

I got a new Atari 7800 in the mail today. Its power button works great. I don't have to mash the thing several times to get it to turn on. But the pause button in 2600 mode only displays the black and white colors when it's held down. When I unpress it, the colors come back on again.

This thread made me finish my Game Boy game I was working on. And it made me get back in to playing the Game Boy again. I love my Super Game Boy. And my Game Boy Everdrive. Both really helpful in testing. And playing Game Boy games. I have a brick one, a GBC, and a GBA. I saw in the old shop a GBA today but it also said "For" on it. What is that?

So now what? Is it done? Or does anyone have any more suggestions?

How was Barrage 2021 made? I want to make a homebrew for the Microvision. What do I need?
-
I was wondering where the Microvision homebrews were. I definitely would buy one if they become available.

Thanks for the suggestion.
This version works, but I've found if a box is placed too far to the right side, when you get it the screen jitters. So I limited how far the box can be on the right side. If you get any jittering issues, let me know. I also made the boxes come up more frequently. It makes it a faster paced game in my opinion. I still have 25 bytes left.

I can't add any more logic to the game without the scanline jumping around horribly.
