    Am debating whether or not to put the ROM for SMB on my SMB page or not. The biggest stumbling block is the stupid ESA.

      Yeah, I could do that, but I don't want people to experience a barrage of pop-up ads like I did. My site doesn't have any advertising on it. Yes, I know there are pop-up blockers, but are they as effective as they used to be?

      It's good in that your body builds back stronger provided you don't "damage" it too much. That and once you're on a good routine, your body will start to feel much, much better overall!
