I just sent payment. I figure I’ve bought all the other releases, might as well get this one too.

Sorry, no TurboGrafx kiosk, the only other similar item I have is an N64 Fun Center, which my kids use all the time so I’m holding on to that.

How did all of us video game nerds land wives?

$3000 OBO
I’ve had this for a long time, doesn’t get much use anymore. I have no idea what it’s worth being such an obscure item. There is one on eBay for $4000 plus another $450 for the monitor. In my opinion that seems like a lot and mine looks nicer. I’m asking $3000, pick-up only in central CT. Only thing it’s missing are the controller holder arms that extend out on each side and the locking mechanism for the cover. This one even has the base pedestal. Tested and works perfectly. NO GAMES INCLUDED.- 5

Great, good luck!

I guess pulling is more of the issue. The picture tends to get stretched and the top and bottom cut off.
So, good news Tempest I it occurred to me when I sold the Tau I forgot to give the guy the instruction manual. It was still sitting in the drawer. If you want it, PM me your address and I’ll send it out. -
Maybe you still can. Do you remember if it had bad Horizontal Linearity issues? What I mean is, when there was a horizontally scrolling image did it warp funny on the edges of the screen? Did it look like the image was sort of 'rolling off' the edges or was there no distortion at all?
I never noticed any such issues on mine, it was by far the best TV I ever had for running classic consoles. That being said, I wasn’t looking for it either. I still have an old tube TV, a bit smaller and much lighter than the Tau, and this one does have significant distortion at the top and bottom of the screen. The only reason I kept it instead was because it has a manual vertical hold knob right on the front, so I can run PAL stuff on it too. -
Wish I could help but mine is long gone, sorry.

Mine arrived a week or so back, truly outstanding work.

I'm selling my PAL Atari 2600 VCS clone with a claimed 777 games built in. Take a look if you are interested, it’s certainly a unique item.

I had listed it a couple weeks ago and the winning bidder never paid so I’m trying again.
Here is an old thread from when I was trying to get some more info on the built-in games:

Hi all, I’ve listed my Atari XE and games as a lot on eBay. I’ve owned this for 20+ years buy hadn’t played it in ages. I finally fired it up and can only get a handful of the games to work so I’ve decided to pass it on. I started pricing at $49 with no reserve which I think is very reasonable. Thanks for looking!

Got mine today, great product, thank you!
Fun fact of the day:
Atari2600land and I both became AA members 3 days apart in May 2006. Simply fascinating. -
I’m in no hurry, would prefer to get everything at once.
-
The TV is gone! A local guy picked it up and seemed very happy to get it.

I posted it on Facebook marketplace. Asking $40 but included a nice Vader VCS for good measure. Maybe we’ll get some bites.

Yeah, Goodwills won’t touch this thing. Maybe Facebook, I don’t have an account but my wife does. Good suggestion, thank you.

Is it light gun compatible?
I don’t see why it wouldn’t be but I’d have to check again to be sure. -
Guess what? I still have this, and am still offering it for free to whomever is willing to come get it. Unfortunately it will likely be headed to the recycling center soon if I have no takers.

Bump for an awesome FREE tv!

bump for the OP who presumably still has that nice 27" set available.
Thank you! And of course, the TV is still available. Maybe if I hook it up again and show how good the picture is that will raise some interest. -
I wish I had the space to keep this, my 5200 looked a lot better on it than the flat LCD I’m using now. Sooner or later someone will want it I’m sure.

I still have the TV and at this point will offer it for free to anyone who will come get it.
