is there a specifice type of emulator i would need? i.e. i have z26 for atari on my pc (and i like that one) but if i burn to disc would it work on my DC (provided my dc is older) what woudl i need to do? just copy the emulator and the games onto a disc?

Copyright falls under 2 catagories one is the logo and name (fixed by ommiting that from your game. the other is intelectual property (which i do not know if infogrames purchased) That is not so easy. Anyway I would imagine that they would be present in phill(at least a rep of the company) and may take notice to you "selling" thier property so i would avoid doing that there, otherwise I doubt they would even take notice.

Consoles do not make a profit. Games are where the money is at. Console production is a loser (though licencing to 3rd parties does turn a profit)

I JUST PICKED UP A DC ABOUT A MONTH AGO ON YAHOO AUCTIONS FROM A PLACE CALLED RETURN BUY. IT HAD A BUY PRICE OF 24.99 AND CAME WITH 3 BRAND NEW WRAPPED GAMES. KEEP CHECKING (I THINK THEY SELL ON E-BAY TOO) FOR THAT PRICE IT IS HARD TO PASS UP!

It depends if I am solo or not. if I am then I like Adventure and Stampeed and Kaboom. 2 player though you can not beat Armor ambush or realsports football.

Is there an adapter out there that I can get so i can hook up my atari to a s-video or the white yello blue video conector? I have a game selector box and that is the only inputs available. thanks

I had that Pac Man game. It had a big plastic Pac man that ate up the white marbles! I had a Donkey Kong game toom But I do not remember that one as much

I remember my brother and I playing football on the 2600 on Christmas eve at my aunts house. They did not have kids but got the 2600 that day (they were the cool Aunt and Uncle) so we were over for dinner and got to play. The next day I woke up and opened one for us! it was great! we played breakout and combat all day long.

Hello all, I am brand spanking new to this journey and to your boards. I have been reading them and you all seem very freindly and helpful so I thought I could ask out there. I would like to start "collecting" games. not really collecting but I miss them from when I was a kid. anyway, I know I could go to Ebay, but it seems so impersonal and the conquest of finding these things is not there. Any ideas of where to start then? Thanks
