I'll take #64.
-
Just putting my name on "the list" of people who want to buy it when it's released in cartridge format! :-)
-
I'll gladly buy a cart, too! Please put me on "da' list"!
-
Put me down for Option #2...thanks!

I'm posting this here to get wider exposure. In case you don't read the bB forums, I have been working on a game called 2600tris. I want to make this game as good as possible, so I need criticism/complements, just any feedback would be appreciated. At the title screen, press the right difficulty switch to A to activate a 2-player mode.
I'd recommend that you check out the bin for Edtris, a Tetris clone produced years ago. Might as well see what you like and don't like about how he did his program so that you don't just duplicate the wheel but, instead, improve upon it.

I'm hoping to get the game finished by the end of November and I'll be offering boxed and loose cart versions. I'm also hoping to add SaveKey support for the high scores.
If you're taking preorders, please put me down for a boxed cart! :-)
Merci!

Let me throw a little twist in here. How about 10 bucks shipped. I have been working with several manufactures to get my cost down. If I offered them for $10 a set it would have to be cash. No paypal. No delivery confirmation. In padded envelope shipped first class US mail.
If you are a classic game store you could buy 50 sets and sell them in your store for $20 a set and double your money. If you bought 10 or more sets I would ship them in a flat-rate priority box with delivery confirmation.
Just so everyone knows this is a slightly modified version of the ball top G.A.M.E.S sold by mail order in the 80's for 10 bucks a set. And I will be having these made right here in the USA. Not overseas. So you can feel good about supporting American Manufacturing.
I'd pick up a set!

It's just the pre-order is over. The game is still on the way. It will be in all of your mailboxes before Xmas, I can say that much for sure. More details to come in the comming weeks.
I am losing track of what I've ordered and haven't. Did I make it onto the order list for this one? (I hope I hope)

For questions or to reserve your copy, PM me or send an e-mail to trotterjotter at gmail dot com, or you can post here. The remaining letters will be first come, first serve, so make sure your computer clock is correct as I will be using the time/date stamp to determine the order or requests. Please have a 1st and 2nd letter choice, on the chance you don't get your 1st choice.
In case you want to keep the records straight, I see that you wrote "V" as "incomplete"...I bought V (received it long ago, thanks!).
Any info on this new Trotter project you have in mind?
And I'm still open to host!

So now that the show has passed...any chance there are extra copies that those of us not fortunate enough to attend can purchase?

-
Sure, put me down for one, too! As of yesterday, I've got the Birthday Pack version coming to me, but I understand these are a bit different, so I'm in. :-)
-
I just PayPalled a pre-order to ya'...looks like I'm lucky #4!
Thanks!
-
Just sticking my hand in the air too...can't be at the show, but would love to have the game...boxed preferred, but loose also quite desirable! :-)

I'd like to buy that Martian Threat game, please! :-)
-
Wups...gotta read carefully. I'm in Florida, at 33176. Loose cart if that's what's still available. Thanks!
-
Please put me down for a loose one! (I'd buy CIB if any wind up available, too)
-
Hopefully I'm not too late...I saw some people say preordering had closed, but the post says it's open until July 8.
Assuming it's open, Option #1, please put me down for it...thanks!

Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this info, buuuuut....
As an alumni of University of Miami, I get their periodic alumni magazine in the mail. The Summer 2009 one has the following information:
"Craig P. Sherman, '93, had his screenplay Atari, about videogame industry godfather Nolan Bushnell, picked up by Paramount Pictures, with Leonardo DiCaprio expected to star and produce."
Thought this was a news tidbit worth sharing with the gang!
-
Yes, the boxed/premium edition would be the one I want, too...thanks!
-
If any other's become available, mark me down for 'em. Thanks!
-
Could you put me down for #94, please? Thanks! (I think #61 may be taken...?)
