  1. Watch out oyamafamily: I am gunning for 1st at Smurf!
  2. My first Smurf offer: 45,900 Highscores from the 80ies: Smurf: 88,200 (Skill1) and 108,600 (Skill4) Asterix (Taz) 139,000 I hope Vocelli accepts my coming Asterix-scores...
  3. I don't think so. Both games play and score the same. As every game, they are minor speed differences between NTSC, PAL,SECAM and emulated games. www.atariprotos.com (Tempest!) says: "Same game as Taz with altered graphics."
  4. @Vocelli: please integrate Asterix (for us PAL-people) in this competition. It is the same game as TAZ with other charakters...
  5. I vote for Mr. Do! as one of the next games - last played October 2007!
  6. Your 2600 Vader could be a SECAM (french) console.
  7. The return of the Quick-Start-Bonus? The new scoring system for Season 6 seems like a litte bit strange, but who cares? Space Panic is a very underrated game - a cross between Dig Dug, Miner 2049er and Donkey Kong - but many more strategic elements. Whow - the Space Panic winner scored in Season 2 58,570 (chuckwalla), in Season 4 87,570 (duncantoml) and now 411,470? my score so far: 13,300 (my best was 20,650)
  8. Oh no! It seems like Vocellis focus is on rare games... (like Ze_ro) Don't own this game - and no M-Network-games (wasn't released in Germany). I am out for the next few weeks..
  9. I love comebacks! Moderating one (or more) HSC(s) is very time-consuming... I know this as the former Colecovision and Intellivision HSC mod! My wish-list: Pac-Man Pole Position Galaxian Moon Patrol Dig Dug Spy Hunter Crystal Castles Missile Command Blaster
  10. 2,272 Who prefers 2600 Star Raiders over Starmaster (like me?) The best game of this "genre" on the 2600 is Solaris.
  11. Jawbreaker was released for the Commodore 64, Apple II and Atari 8-bit computer-line (besides the 2600) - and I never liked Jawbreaker...
  12. Enduro is great - but not 2600 exclusive- This game was also released for the ZX Spectrum... My choice: Solaris and Pressure Cooker
  13. I was always too lazy to read the manual over the years - why can't we play Star Voyager by Imagic? I think this weekend I have to read and understand both manuals - instead of a good book... @Vocelli: Starmaster was released by Activision (instead of Atari)!
  14. terrible nerd since 1979 - since i got in touch with the Atari VCS
  15. Don't worry - I have never played this game in my Atari 2600 life (since December 24th 1979)! I vote for "double-round" this week - we play both games with two seperate high-score-lists. I think we have many 2600 HSC PAL players...
  16. We could integrate a "bonus-round" for Boom Bang this week. Would be cool. I am not into emulation, and I have never played any version of this game. This game is listened at wwww.atarimania.com as "the same game as Crackpots with another title".
  17. @Vocelli: Crackpots wasn't released in PAL-land - but I own "Kampf dem Steinfresser (Boom Bang) from Quelle. This should be the same game with different colors and minor graphic-differences. Right?
