  1. Hi. I used a PC power supply for my ColecoVision from 2010 to 2017 -no problem. I now trying another power supply from China. This is an: Min Dong MD-9916A.
  2. Hi Brood69. You need a French CBS Atari Module for your French CBS Scart ColecoVision. I am in the same boat as you, I have had several ColecoVisions. But when I bought the French CBS Scart version few years back and would try my UK CBS Atari module it was all black screen. The French pin out is not the same as the U.S. and the "normal" CBS version. I do not have the French CBS Atari Module myself so. it should be possible to change, but I have not had time to even look at it
  3. 1. Both, prefer F18A 2. Not important 3. Not important 4. Standard DB 9 5. Not important 6. Not important 7. IC-sockets for the most important IC's, like VDP, BIOS, Z 80, SN, U18 and U19.
  4. Also a few words from me. I'm not a programmer, but... I can see how programmers work with their games, and what I can see where things can hang is: Graphics, Music and Sounds. Programmers need to understand how things looks and how things can move on a screen. I can only speak for my self, but I want games that looks "professional" and look like a game that has a drive a la arcade games. For me is an "look a like Arcade game" always a game I am interested in. I chose few of them sometimes to my collection. (if my wallet allows me,) I understand that it is Bug fixing and Music/Sound that lagging behind. A solution could be that a programmer send his alpha or beta game to another programmer and they both agree what to do with the game. I know newcoleco is fantastic around Music and Sound, so maybe he could help in many ways. Also nanochess is a very talented programmer, so maybe he also is willing to help where other programmers get struck.
  5. Need to understand this correct. Is the new SGM PRO backward compatible, so you still can play your ordinary SGM games with the SGM Pro installed. I understand that the ordinary SGM games not will take effect of SGM Pros new facilities with SGM Pro inserted, but still will work with RAM and Sound.
  6. Hi NIAD. My Penguin Adventure is also weird. But i tried to wiggle the cartridge a little bit up, and vupti, the splash-screen and then the Konami logo came up. I can only play this game if I lift the cartridge a few millimeters. So this game works and I can play it. Gradius works almost. I can play the game, but when it comes to game over it freezes with a steady sound, you can't reset Gradius, but need to turn my ColecoVision off.
  7. Learning With Fuzzywomp is also an Apple II game. Fireworks Factory, any screens ?
  8. Great project. Will this works both on PAL and NTSC. ? Will this board have at least analog VGA out. ? Will the F18 be included and will it support color enhanced games. ? How about our SGM games, will there be added an I/O port for this module. ? Will this new board have the same size as our current board and fit in our originally consoles. ?
  9. Hmm....Well, could these PCBs have something related to Nice Ideas, maybe via Mr. Aubry. ?
  10. The Maze Of Galious, is not on the picture.
  11. Hi. SECAM is not an independent tv system longer, and I have heard that SECAM will be phased out. Another thing is, I have the French CBS ColecoVision with Scart and I live in PAL land without no problems with this console. A French CBS Console in SECAM with its output via SCART, has no Tuner, and can therefore shows the signal directly. The first French CBS console were in two different versions, one with large built-in tuner, and a version with external combined tuner if I remember correctly. But flickering is also on our French console, and I have always hate it, not so much with my first games, but It was first with Roc 'n Rope it was clearly. So if a new quality CV board with support of the F18A will be released, I would buy one immediately. And last: the new upcoming 2017 version of the SGM will work with the French CBS console.
  12. Could it be: SIC, Arkanoid, Pengo, Moon Cresta, 1942 or Kangaroo...? Editt: Maybe DK Junior. ?
  13. WOW This is absolutely rare and cheap: ColecoVision Victory.
  14. Like others, I can only support this project. I feel this project gonna be big. When I look at your ColecoVision board, I can not locate the Sound output.
  15. Thank you Toby. ColecoVision Galaga arrived very well this morning.

  18. Thank you Toby. Galaga is in my Top 10...
  19. Hi Toby. One month has passed. Have you changed the defective CV Galaga with a new one, and sent it to me. ?
  20. Hi Toby. I have for the first time a chance to play the ColecoVision Galaga via SGM. My version of ColecoVision Galaga do not work properly.
