Kudos to Gamestop -- despite all their flaws, they do some things right. I was looking for a copy of Dragon Quest IV for the DS to replace my stolen copy (had the case and manual allready) and the game was going online at places like Amazon and EBay for $30-50. I found a local Gamestop online that had a used copy for $15, requested it be held, and got it right away when I went in. Score!
